Begin by taking a deep inhale through the nose.
Hold at the top for a moment and release,
Letting everything go.
Deep belly breath.
Feel the chest and hold.
Release letting go of everything from yesterday,
From earlier today,
Anything that you might need to do today or tomorrow.
Just place everything to the side knowing that you can pick it all back up when we're finished.
Just gifting yourself this time to just rest.
You are safe,
You are safe here,
You can rest here.
Hold you up to life guiding you home.
Deep inhale through the nose.
Elongate that exhale for 5,
4,
3,
2.
Two more like that at your own pace.
Letting that slow exhale remind the body that you're safe.
There's no imminent danger,
You've arrived,
You're protected.
There's nothing to do,
Nowhere to be.
Dropping into the body.
Noticing the sensations of the breath as it cools on the inhale and warms on an exhale.
I want you to imagine that you're the main character in a book.
And you're narrating this moment knowing that this is the moment that everything changed for you.
That something shifted,
Something profound is about to occur in your life.
So as you recount this memory of this meditation and this moment,
Draw in all the details of this very significant moment.
Deep breath in.
Noticing the temperature in the room.
The sounds outside of the room.
Who was present in the home.
Notice the chair,
Bed or floor,
The way it felt on your body.
The particular season,
The temperature,
The weather outside.
Begin romanticizing this moment,
The present moment.
How glorious,
How gorgeous,
How perfect it is,
Even if it wasn't.
Recounting the mood that you were in as you entered this meditation,
Maybe it wasn't positive.
You're the main character.
Noticing the sadness or the frustration,
The resistance.
Fully owning the bliss and the confidence and the power.
Breathing in deeply now.
Feel this moment like it'll never come again.
Trust your heart,
Listen to your body.
Your body will always speak to you and tell you exactly what it is you need to hear.
Trust that now.
What are the next steps?
Personifying every voice in the mind,
The voice of wisdom.
Narrating the conversation between the ego mind and the higher self.
Each one a character in the play.
For this is the moment that you recognize the fear is an illusion.
That ready is a decision,
Not a feeling.
May you be ready now.
May you take in this moment and be made ready.
Tasting your left hand over your heart and your right over your belly.
Taking a full deep breath in and let go.
You have arrived.
May each moment be blessed.
Gently blinking the eyes open.
Stretching out the fingertips and the toes.
Reaching the arms overhead with an inhale.
And as you exhale,
Bringing the knees to the chest,
Giving yourself a little squeeze.
Come back to a neutral position or make your way to seated.
I invite you to stay in the present moment for as long as you can today.
Whether that moment be positive or negative.
Truly embodying the present moment,
Not pushing it away.
Arriving here creates miracles in our lives.
We open our eyes to divine synchronicities.
And we notice that we're actually always in exactly the right place at exactly the right time.
You may choose to stay in meditation for a little longer or just to remind yourself to come back to breath whenever you get lost.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
Namaste.
