Welcome,

Welcome to this meditation called hugging the stress away bit by bit.

Let's begin.

This meditation is really suitable for laying down or if not a really comfortable chair.

Please close your eyes and notice the next three breaths of oxygen going in and out of the body simply follow those breaths.

We are covering any built up stress due to circumstances or indeed you are stressed full stop.

So with the eyes closed,

Closing those eyes we can expand the mind and the imagination.

Make notice in your mind the height of yourself and the size that you are.

For something is coming to get rid of that stress that mirrors your size and height.

Thinking now about colours and especially any particular one colour that you never wear and make that one colour strong in the mind.

Just know you simply do not care for that colour.

It just isn't me and make that colour brighter.

Now swiftly imagine observing a hospital ward where ten babies have been issued ten teddy bears into their cots.

Perfectly soft and great for little hands and little mouths to chew on little teddies.

Then think back to yourself,

Fully grown height and the size you are now,

Laid in a suitable large cot.

Then with great effort a perfect matching size teddy bear is issued to you.

You have just remembered that colour,

The colour that you are not fond of and this special teddy bear is completely that colour.

Now be drawn to look at the face of the teddy bear and simply see the most lit up smiley face ever.

Being a proper teddy it is soft,

Ridiculously soft and deep and begins to grab hold of you around the waist so you naturally sink your teeth in it.

Don't be aware of feeling the fluffiness inside the mouth and outside of the body.

It continues to squeeze now your head that causes the whole face to go un-really flat.

The teddy bear strokes your head with strong fluffy paws and in a strange way stress filters your body.

This teddy bear tosses you over and squeezes firmly all the back that causes you to let out a big sigh,

Almost tongue hanging out as even more stress filters out of the head.

Then what follows is a long hug,

A long hug squeezing down the entire right side of your body,

Stroking you like crazy with the hugs and strength of a great grandmother.

A deep breath comes out as even more stress oozes out all of the right side of the body.

The teddy bear goes into eyeball to eyeball staring for that's what teddies do,

Their simple sweet smile completes them.

The teddy leaps up for a moment into the air and lands on your left side of the body and follows this through with tight hugs,

Tight hugs stroking with its padded soft,

Ridiculously soft paws all the way down the left side but starts at the left foot building the biggest hug working it up to the very top,

To the top of the left side of the head.

This feels ticklish,

Electric and more and more stress shoots out of the body.

Then teddy hugs both your hands together in both its paws squashing all the fingers and thumbs into its soft fur and buries its teddy head on top of your belly button that causes it to almost dance as more and more,

More stress floods out.

Finally the teddy grabs the feet and lifts them quite high and shakes them like a salt shaker and more,

More stress riddles out of your body.

Lastly and last of all teddy is tired so you,

You jump on top and hug teddy like crazy giving it your all.

Every limb sinks into teddy's super soft fur causing the eyes to bulge just a little.

Then one big breath melts it all into complete and utter peace and both of you spend a full minute doing nothing.

It's time to break into a big big smile.

Feel that smile and it's also time to re-awaken.

Let's re-awake to the count of 4.

Here we go.

1,

2,

3,

4.

Wide awake now,

Eyes wide open,

Fully open the eyes,

Feeling absolutely wonderful,

Super fresh.
