Inner Child Repair

Welcome to your Inner Child Repair Meditation of Healing.

Please get seated or lay down if you wish and close your eyes.

This meditation is focused on healing and requires your full attention to make that full effort and your full commitment through your mind focused energy.

So let's begin by first letting go of all distractions so we can enter that space of nothingness that exists between every thought.

With the eyes closed let's first tense all the muscles in the body and hold a tight body.

Then release,

Give permission for the body to be at peace.

Let it totally relax.

Let the body recharge,

Still the body now as we are working with the mind only.

Breathe now your first breath of focused energy so we can begin our journey to heal our inner child.

Now let's get grounded to Mother Earth by first putting our roots down from the physical feet into Earth.

From the soles of the feet pushing our roots down and anchor them at the centre of Earth.

And with another breath in the whole body is anchored now.

Please silently ask for your guardian angel to be with you in a beautiful white light and unconditional love.

Breathe in now your guardian angel's white light and unconditional love.

Now to begin the repair,

This is our intention.

Take a breath of light in and allow yourself to imagine,

Just imagine now what you looked like as a child again.

Going back in time to a time when we were so much smaller.

Everything about us was child size and child height.

Now bringing to your attention we will naturally bring up some very dramatic times for that child.

In fact bad times.

But be assured that you the adult have come back to repair it once and for all.

It may be even your own parents have gone through the same bad things.

So let's sort this out once and for all.

Breathe in your guardian angel's light as we look now going back at your inner child's heart.

We know for any child getting hurt on any level is truly wrong.

Be it bad words,

Bad attitudes,

Bad physical pain,

Bad emotions,

All types of bad rejection,

All bad memories that the heart of your inner child had no choice but to accept at that very tender age.

Being aware we are in fact like sponges,

Taking in the bad with the good.

Some things were good and the good things have blossomed in your adult life.

Now your inner child had no choice but to accept things that were happening.

And although this was wrong for your inner child to accept all these bad things,

There was nowhere else for that pain to go or to be released.

So it was left there with that child in you still now.

Take a steady breath in of light as now we need and we know now to take this wrong away from that inner child.

We can see now from the adult the child's heart has been kept stagnant.

Stagnant with pain and caused a lot of heartache and obstacles over the years growing up such as a lack of confidence or shyness,

Loneliness,

Not expressing yourself.

So we are going to look closely now and see the colour of pain around the child's heart.

The heart is the key for our healing.

We see how the bruises of the colour black are on the heart on the outside of the child.

But the heart on the inside remains pure and we the adult have permission to remove these bruises,

This black colour off our own inner child.

This is why we are here,

To claim our full power.

Give in now white light and connect to your guardian angel and ask her silently for a very special spiritual sponge,

A cleaning sponge.

The sponge is bathed in tears of forgiveness but also reclaiming your power.

Please take from the angels hand to your adult hand this sponge bathed in tears of forgiveness.

Feel this wet heavy sponge fully ready to wipe off the black colours,

The bruises that had been left there back in time with your inner child.

The sponge is magic.

The sponge cleans very precisely,

Very quickly all of the bruises of the child's heart.

Thus revealing its true colour,

The colour is a ruby red.

Watch closely as you see the heart can breath again freely and begin to feel its strength.

The angel of light offers her hand to yours to remove the black sponge safely away to burn it,

To burn in a bucket of violet flames.

This process is completed in 10 seconds.

Breathe gently in,

Breathe in this new red ruby energy and see the ruby red heart of your inner child begin to sink,

Begin to radiate its true pure love all over the child's body.

All over the child's mind,

All over the child's aura.

The eyes of the child begin to sparkle with the energy of true pure love.

The child's smile is free and fully at peace once more.

Now your guardian angel wishes to give a present to your inner child,

A present of candy,

Of pop,

Of a new teddy bear and gain that strength of a new happy child.

Take a breath of white light now as we are ready now to wrap this happy child in crystal rose quads of unconditional love.

Give in the energy of a beautiful pink colour and feel how the pink colour remains constantly with you and your inner child.

And we wrap again in crystal citron quartz for look and prosperity.

Breathe in the energy colour of gold.

And feel how the gold colour remains constantly with you and your inner child.

And finally wrap now in crystal amethyst quartz for protection under healing energy output.

For the future,

For all those we will meet on our life path,

Breathe in the energy colour of a deep purple.

And feel how the deep purple colour remains constantly with you and your inner child.

We are ready now to invite our inner child fully back into our adult life,

Our adult body,

Our adult heart by simply taking in a full ruby red breath and hold for 5 seconds to complete this test now.

From now on all celebrations in life are shared with our happy inner child.

From now on our creativity is heightened with our happy inner child.

That our sense of adventure and play is at its peak,

That our confidence comes from pure love and pure light.

This allows us to express ourselves,

Our gifts that make each of us unique.

Breathe in the full power of your ruby red breath and your ruby red light of all that you feel,

The newness like a new day.

Acknowledge we are fully repaired,

Fully shining from our heart centre.

We have our full power.

Take in a big powerful ruby red breath and showing our gratitude to our guardian angel for her help and support.

Be ready now to invite all good things into your aura,

Your life and feel a belonging inside you and outside of you.

And always believe like a child does,

Believe in the magic,

Believe in the miracles.

Feel a sense we are ready to flow with life and all good things.

To focus on the good things.

Discard the bad things as mere negativity.

Looking for only the solution.

Remember there is no such thing as failure.

Just another step closer to your dreams.

Change the power,

The power of focused energy to flow with abundance.

Let's get ready now to awake ourselves up again.

With as much peace of mind like we've never felt before,

Let's awaken our physical bodies to physical earth,

To the here and now,

To the real beautiful you with your new breath of life.

Begin to wiggle the toes.

Begin to stretch the body now.

Begin to open your eyes and remember to drink a full glass of water and ground yourself by perhaps having something sweet to eat for that little inner child in you.

And get the energies flowing with life.
