Welcome to this guided meditation called Relax My Body,

Relax My Mind.

Let's begin.

Let's begin ready for some deep inner work,

Self-work.

Let's look after you right now.

So please get really comfortable laying down or seated if you wish.

Wrap yourself in comfort and support that whole body now.

Let's first acknowledge the room you are in for the next 10 seconds looking around you.

And ready to switch off from everything around you.

So at the count of three,

Please close one eye.

At the count of two,

Please close the other eye.

Please take a full deep breath in and holding that breath for five seconds.

Slowly release all that breath.

Let's work that wonderful mind and make some changes to do with relaxation.

Let's turn this room into an oasis.

Simply imagine everything is lifting to a blank canvas of white.

Let the energy of pure white be your friend now.

All the walls connecting to a soft glowing white as light as air.

Imagine the ceiling above is beginning to glow a gentle white.

The floor itself mirrors a soft relaxing white.

Take a breath in of peace.

Imagine as you are seated or laid down that you are on a texture of soft whiteness.

The pureness,

The newness of sheer white.

Feel the head and the whole body connected to it all.

Remember sunshine makes us smile because it lifts the energies around you.

So you are bathed in sunshine white.

The master colour of relaxing,

Repairing,

Healing the mind and the body.

At the count of three,

Please lift one hand up a little as if pushing it through the air of peaceful white.

One,

Two,

Three.

Then relax the hand,

Resting supported,

Comfortable.

Focusing now,

Focusing now on the face and those expressions and features.

And just decide to relax all of the face.

Letting go now.

Soften the eye area,

Dropping all movement into peaceful white.

Bringing a serene,

Relaxed face.

Let's,

Let's invite a gorgeous wave of white light energy to flow all the way down the body.

Focus on wave after wave of white energy washing all the way down the body.

Start to breathe into these white waves of relaxing energy.

Breathing down through the body.

See the beauty of white waves.

A healing,

Cleansing energy rippling and waving down the full length of the body.

Now,

Now we can link into the natural laws of the world,

Which is gravity.

So with one big summary of anything from the past or present that has faults that are heavy,

You can allow gravity to claim it.

Let's let go of heavy thoughts or simply heavy feelings to start dropping them all to floor level.

Let white follow gravity to the floor.

Let go.

And simply start to feel totally lighter and lighter.

Feeling light is good.

This allows the body and mind to feel free once more.

Now please focus on both the feet.

Let's send a wave of white energy like a happy wave.

Let it build and flow up all the body.

Going to the top of the head and flowing out.

Breathe in and think of the feet.

Sending a lovely white wave of energy through and through the body.

Rising up to the head,

To the top flowing out.

Let's focus now on all the cells of the body and imagine at a quantum level of cleansing all of them with white air,

White energy.

Softly breathing and going to all the cells.

Light white air.

Any residue that is heavy follows gravity to the floor at ground level.

Sending residue heaviness to the floor,

Drop by drop.

Allow the body cells to feel as light as air.

White air like sunshine white.

Let's thank the body for all it does.

By focusing on the bone structure.

See how wonderful the body is made.

See all the bones in perfect position.

Feeling smooth and in a sense belong to the colour of white.

And how the bones move smooth with every muscle.

And while you relax let the subconscious begin to rebalance the body.

Letting rebalance and let the subconscious rebalance itself.

Dropping any remaining tension,

Any remaining inflammation down to the floor with gravity.

Let's rest in peace here for a while as the body and mind rebalances itself.

Let's rest in peace.

Let's rest in peace.

Let's rest in peace.

Let's rest in peace.

Let's rest in peace.

Breathing in,

Let's connect to the gift of now.

Of connecting to the power of newness.

This present and future can be supported in a cocoon of white lifting energy.

Keeping bright,

Feel how lightness does smoothly flow and flow.

Setting the intention and bonding to lightness.

Let your beautiful mind flow with utter peace.

Let that wonderful body flow with lightness.

A mind and body that is truly balanced.

And now we can move on to a refreshing start.

Setting the intention to just be in a better state of mind.

Positivity.

Positivity is my support.

Move in to positivity and its manifestation of abundance.

To flow we also need to drink more water and look to replenish the body with long drinks of water to flush and cleanse the body soon.

Just enough time to set the intention to simply flow better when you awake.

Focus on your breath now.

Breathing in,

Feeling new and happy.

And complete balance.

Breathing into balance.

At the count of eight,

Waking up to feel great now.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Just connect to the feet by stretching the feet.

Feeling attuned to earth now.

Eyes opening.

Fully opening the eyes now.

Eyes wide open,

Wide awake.

Let's drink some water soon and good to go.
