Reiki Drum Journey (Drumming Only)
If you are new to journeying, and are not an experienced meditator / energy worker, please seek support from an experienced faciliator. This recording contains a Reiki supported Drum Journey. If this is the first time you have done this drum journey, it is advised to start with the version which includes a spoken explanation. A Reiki Drum Journey mixes the gentle, protective healing energy of Reiki, the ancient power of the drum, and the application of repetitive beats to create a state of trance. The journey lasts around 17 minutes. There is no speech at the end, and you can come round in your own time. The journey can be done in any position; lying down can facilitate deeper trance. Make sure you are safe, warm, comfortable and will not be disturbed.
