
Body Love Meditation
If for whatever reason you don't find it easy to love yourself and your body, this meditation is for you. Gentle, well-paced guidance to relax, connect with that part of you which is wounded or needs a little additional love, and treat yourself with compassion. I created this meditation as a response to so many of my women friends saying unkind things to themselves about their bodies, judging themselves by weight and not by beauty, but it is also an excellent resource for healing from injury, surgery or trauma. You may find yourself becoming relaxed as a result of this meditation, and it is perfectly safe to drift off to sleep at the end of a long day by listening to this track.
