In this lesson, we introduce the second step of the Identity Shifting Morning Practice: Your Identity Statement — a simple, powerful “I am” mantra that becomes your code for living. We explore what makes a strong statement (the qualities you embody, the roles you’re stepping into, and the impact you create), share examples, and explain why this tool grounds you when resistance arises. In the meditation, we revisit the first step—What Is the Greatest Expression of Myself—to notice the glimmers of that truth that have always lived within you, and to recognize that your highest self was never missing, only waiting to be remembered.

In this lesson, we deepen the second step of the Identity Shifting Morning Practice by actually crafting your personal Identity Statement. You’ll be guided through a full, immersive exercise to begin crafting your own living “I am” mantra that captures the greatest expression of who you are becoming. After grounding into the heart, we revisit the question “What is the greatest expression of myself?” to draw language and insight from that deeper space. Through reflection on who you’re called to be, the qualities you wish to embody, and the impact you’re here to create, you’ll shape a first draft of your statement. This is not about perfection; it’s about allowing your truth to emerge naturally from the heart.

In this lesson, we bring your Identity Statement to life. Together we’ll practice the first two steps of the Identity Shifting Morning Practice — reconnecting with the greatest expression of yourself and affirming it through the power of language. You’ll be guided to speak or silently repeat your “I am” statement from the heart, allowing its energy to grow familiar within you. There’s no need for perfection. This is about feeling the truth of who you’re becoming and letting those words begin to shape your state of being.

Declare Your Worthiness (Step 3)
In this lesson, we move into the third step of the Identity Shifting Morning Practice — aligning your subconscious mind with your new identity. Even with clear intentions, lasting change can’t take root until your subconscious feels safe, worthy, capable, and open to possibility. You’ll learn how to use four simple yet powerful declarations to dissolve resistance and install new beliefs: I am safe to… I deserve to… I am capable to… It is possible for me to… In our guided meditation, you’ll speak these truths into your heart, allowing your subconscious to relax into the person you’re becoming.

Ask Lofty Questions (Step 4)
In this lesson, we move into the fourth step of the Identity Shifting Morning Practice: using lofty questions to reprogram the subconscious. Instead of typical positive affirmations like “I am confident,” we ask empowering “why” questions—“Why am I so confident?”—so the mind searches for supportive evidence and the heart stays open. We’ll ground, drop into a relaxed state, practice a series of universal lofty questions, and then give you space to ask your own that align with your Identity Statement and the greatest expression of yourself. The aim is simple: redirect inner dialogue toward possibility, enlist your subconscious (and life itself) to answer in the affirmative, and keep your identity shift alive throughout the day.

We don’t shift our identity on the meditation cushion — we do it in the flow of everyday life. In this lesson, we bring all the inner work of the Identity Shifting Morning Practice into motion by crafting your Ideal Ordinary Day — the kind of day that reflects the person you’re becoming. You’ll learn to focus less on the distant future and more on the present moment, defining how you want to think, feel, and act throughout your day. Through guided visualization, you’ll see yourself living as your future self — not just when life is easy, but even in the moments that challenge you. This practice teaches you how to embody your destiny one ordinary day at a time.

Before bringing all the pieces together in our final lesson, we’ll take a moment to pause and reflect on how far you’ve come. In this session, we’ll review the five steps of the Identity Shifting Morning Practice and revisit the heart of Step 5 — creating your ideal ordinary day. You’ll be guided through a short journaling exercise to help you clarify how you want to think, feel, and act each day as your highest self.
