Performance anxiety isn’t always about performing. Sometimes it’s about being seen. That feeling right before a meeting, presentation, difficult conversation, or moment where attention turns toward you — when something inside your body tightens, and your mind starts scanning for what could go wrong. I’ve struggled with this for years. And what I’ve learned is that the real shift happens by working with the deeper layers underneath performance anxiety: the fear of messing up, being judged, looking foolish, not being enough, or what being seen might seem to reveal about you. Over these four sessions, we’ll slow down and gently explore those deeper layers together. You’ll be guided through short practices that you can use before, during, and after moments of being seen — whether you’re speaking in a meeting, giving a presentation, going live, sharing your work, or having an important conversation. Inside this course, you’ll practice how to: - calm your body before stepping into the moment - stay grounded when things don’t go as planned - ease the pressure to be impressive - stop spiraling after awkward moments - build more trust in yourself around being seen You’ll also learn a crucial part of this process that often gets missed: what to do after you’re seen so your body can register what you just experienced, making it easier to show up again. These sessions are here to help you feel steadier, more grounded, and more like yourself when the attention is on you — and to help you stay with yourself a little longer in the moments when you would normally tense up or pull away. Most of all, at the heart of this journey, you’ll be anchored by one simple reminder: You don’t have to be impressive to remain whole.
