Thanks for joining me today.

I want to share with you a little message to start your day.
You can see it as a little pep talk,
If you will,
That you can relax into as you think about your intention for the day ahead.
But above all,
Your intention for how you want to live your life.
Maybe it can give you something to think about,
Especially if you are struggling right now,
Holding yourself back from going after what you really want out of life.
Maybe your confidence has been waning lately.
Maybe your self-worth needs a pick-me-up.
We've all been there.
So if you are able to get comfortable right now and close your eyes,
Please do so.
And just feel your feet anchoring you to the floor.
Feel your body being supported by the seat you are in.
And just breathe this one breath that's here with you in this moment.
And put a smile on your face.
And see if you can sense a smile coming from your heart.
For the longest time,
I used to play small.
Tiny.
Minuscule.
All because I worried about what other people might think.
I worried about looking like an imposter.
Scared that I might not just be good enough.
I worried about showing off,
Speaking up,
Expressing myself truly and authentically,
And sharing my gifts with the world.
I worried about appearing arrogant and cocky,
And even in the times when I did express my truth and shared my gifts with the world,
I worried about falling flat on my face,
Embarrassing myself,
And being ashamed into an oblivion.
Any of this sound familiar?
Whether it's in our work,
Our career,
The personal goals we set for ourselves,
Our relationships,
Or simply in what we believe we are capable and worthy of,
We play small.
For sometimes we think it's not possible or quote-unquote realistic for us to accomplish great things,
Relegating that for other people to do,
But not us.
However,
Playing small only limits you.
And guess what?
When you fight for those limitations,
You get to keep them.
Which means you won't grow.
You won't learn.
You won't further develop your talents and skills.
You won't fully connect with and unleash your passions.
But worst of all,
You won't share your gifts to inspire others and to be of service to the planet in the way you know deep down you are destined to do.
The universe wants you to thrive.
It wants you to shine your light as bright as possible so you can have the most beautiful impact on others and the world around you.
I mean,
Have you looked around and taken the pulse of the world lately?
It sure needs you.
It needs more people who want to serve consciously and authentically.
But if you play small,
You deprive not only yourself,
But others.
Each and every one of us deserves to spread our unique gifts like wildfire for the benefit of others.
The universe will make sure of it.
It will make sure that your gifts reach the people who need it the most.
So you can stop acting small and start playing bigger right now by immersing yourself in this one simple truth.
You are the creator of your reality.
Simple and obvious,
Yes.
But your intention for your life is everything.
It is what matters most because it allows something new,
Something a little unexpected and something extraordinary to flow into your reality.
The universe responds to intention.
Do you believe that in your heart?
If so,
Why not make it clear to this higher intelligence,
To this greater mind,
You are willing to go big and stop playing small?
So I ask you to consider,
Where in your life right now are you playing small?
What aspects of your life can you start playing bigger in?
Where can you stop hiding in the background?
How can you stop holding yourself back?
And maybe you don't know how exactly to start playing bigger,
But what if simply setting the intention was enough?
What if you intended to think,
Feel and act bigger than you are right now?
What would that look like?
I invite you to just make the choice,
Right now,
To set the intention to dream big,
To play big and to love yourself enough to do so.
Like the great mystic poet Rumi says,
Stop acting so small.
You are the universe in ecstatic motion.
In other words,
You have the energy that created the sun,
The moon and the entire cosmos blazing inside you.
