Let's start off by gently closing your eyes and placing your hand on your heart and begin to slow your breathing down and imagine the air flowing in and out of your heart.
Let's take two conscious breaths,
Following the breath into the heart all the way in,
Holding it up top for two seconds and release as you breathe all the way out.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathe all the way in through your heart.
Feel your heart becoming energized with peace,
Clarity,
And purpose for this beautiful day ahead.
And let it all out again with a giant sigh.
I'm going to guide you through a series of seven prompts to kickstart your day ahead so no matter what you are doing today,
