Leçon 1
Redefining Work
To begin our journey, we’ll explore different ways to define and perceive “work”. You will learn what work means to you and uncover limiting beliefs you may have picked up from your past. The intention is to look beyond work as something we do and see it as a pathway to spiritual growth. We’ll gather inspiration from the book The Prophet by Khalil Gibran, and connect with the blessings work brings into our life.

Passion, Purpose, Vocation, Ikigai
Today we will explore common ways to define “work you love” and learn what the differences are. This lesson will help you come up with your own take on the concept, so you can use it to examine what your passion or purpose may be. Our practice will infuse these elements and use a lesser-known term, Ikigai, as a practical way to gain insight into your work.
Leçon 5
Your Unique Genius
What is genius and why are only a few described as one? This misinterpreted word causes us to think others are more special than we are. This disempowering belief keeps us stuck in a limited sense of self. In today’s lesson, we’ll transform this mindset. We will debunk the genius myth, and you will learn five qualities to look for to find your unique gifts.
Leçon 6
Washing Away Doubt
In today’s lesson, you’ll shift gears from exploring yourself to letting go of what is and will hold you back. We’ll discuss the differences between doubt, fear, and resistance. We’ll explain why they show up and where they are useful. You’ll learn a practical strategy on getting creative projects done and work to cleanse the doubt you feel in making your dreams a reality.
Leçon 7
Certify Yourself
Our feelings of unworthiness can move us to seek it in credentials and approval. While they are supportive, they can cause us to hesitate and don't always heal the underlying issue. In today's lesson, you'll work to let go of imposter syndrome and give yourself the permission to get started. You'll feel empowered to see that if you have good intentions and can help someone, why not do it? Experience is the greatest teacher.
Leçon 8
Finding Your People
In this lesson, you will learn valuable insight into who your gifts are for and who they are not for. You’ll take account of your current environment and note those who are supportive and those who take your energy away. You will learn how to trust in your vision and stay connected to those you’re meant to serve. This understanding will help you not doubt yourself when people critique what you put out into the world.

Today, you’ll learn how to consciously invest in what will help you realize your vision. We’ll discuss the energy of money and work to shift from a scarcity to a sustainable mindset. You’ll learn how you bless others with your resources and why that will bless you. We’ll bring light to where your funds go to waste and explain how to know if something is right for you to invest in.
Leçon 10
Turning Pro
Class is over. As Steven Pressfield would say, it's time to "Turn Pro." Today's lesson brings everything together to give you the mindset to show up each day and do the work you love. You'll find the courage to jump, and then build your parachute on the way down. Paradoxically, you'll let go of attachment to results, and remember that who you are is so much greater than anything you can "do."
