In this 10 day course, we will learn to build a well-rounded meditation practice by turning to mother nature and her elements for inspiration. This course is part theory and application, throughout which we’ll explore the energetic qualities of each element (earth, water, fire, air), as well as learn techniques to effectively embody these. Upon completion of the course, it’s my hope for you to use meditation as a tool for getting to know yourself as well as for healing and growth. And, for you to develop a curiosity of which energetic quality you most need in a given moment in order strengthen your ability to call upon these energies, whenever you need them.

Introduction To The Elements
Today, we will explore the elements of earth, water, fire and air, with guidance for developing elemental inspired practices. While this is by no means a complete prescription for elemental medicine, it is aimed at sparking your curiosity, while offering a few quick ways to invite elemental intelligence into your meditation experience as well as through subtle movement and daily ritual.

Earth Element
Today, we will be focusing on the Earth element. We will discuss how to recognize when Earth energy is in and out of balance, gain insight into a range of Earth inspired meditation techniques, and explore a number of alternate ways we can invite in Earth energy.
Leçon 3
Presence Meditation
Today we undergo an Earth Inspired Meditation Prescription to put into practice the knowledge we gained in yesterday's lesson. In this meditation, you will be guided back into your body by using a combination of breath and visualization. The presence meditation is most potent when you notice that you’ve drifted away from your centre. Perhaps you’ve recently lost your footing or noticed yourself feeling more restless than usual. Energetically, inviting Earth back into your practice will help anchor you into the moment.

Water Element & The Principle Of Cohesion
In today's lesson we will learn to recognize when Water energy is out of balance and how we can invite Water energy into our lives. We will also be given a comprehensive overview of the Water inspired meditation technique.

Fluidity: Water Inspired Practice
Welcome to this Water inspired Meditation Prescription. Energetically, inviting Water back into your practice will help loosen your grip and find your flow. Today you will be guided back to your creative flow using a combination of breath and visualization. The fluidity meditation is most potent when you notice that you’re been feeling rigid or impatient.

Fire Element & The Principle Of Radiance
In today's practice we will begin to learn to recognize when fire energy is out of balance, and come to understand the beautifully empowering principle of Radiance. We will also explore a range of ways to invite in fire energy, and delve into an overview of the Fire inspired meditation technique.

Empowerment Meditation
Welcome to this Fire inspired Meditation Prescription. Today you will be guided back to confidence and clarity using a combination of breath and visualization. The empowerment meditation is most potent when you notice that are stuck in judgement or indecision. Energetically, inviting Fire energy back into your practice will help you take inspired action.

Air Element & The Principle Of Vibration
In today's lesson we will learn to recognize when air energy is out of balance, and the ways in which we can harness and cultivate Air energy in our lives. We will then delve into an overview of the Air inspired meditation technique.

Freedom Meditation
Welcome to this Air inspired Meditation Prescription. Today, you will be guided back to your free-spirited Self using a combination of breath and visualization. The freedom meditation is most potent when you notice that you’re feeling disconnected or indifferent. Energetically, inviting Air energy back into your practice will help you feel light and uplifted once again.
Leçon 10
Integration
In this final lesson, we’ll explore the intricate relationship between the elements and how they come together to bring harmony and balance to the body. We will explore the concept of balance and imbalance (as it relates to the Elements - and this is not unlike the major Chakra system - as they are both energetic systems, meaning the fundamental approach is the same). In this lesson, you will come to recognize exactly what you need.
