Welcome to your 15 minute guided meditation on manifesting.
You can use this meditation to help shift your current state to a desired state.
We'll call this your peak state.
This is a great way to prepare for your ideal day or simply to shift your mood.
So let's go ahead and find a comfortable shape with your spine supported.
Close down your eyes.
Release your jaw.
Relax your shoulders and soften your belly.
Start by taking a few clearing breaths.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale fully.
Once more,
Deep breath in and all the way out.
Now,
As you come back to your natural breath,
Begin to silently count the next several cycles of breath.
You'll count one as your first exhalation comes and two as you exhale next.
Keep going.
If you notice yourself losing count,
Just start again.
If you reach ten,
Begin again at one.
Just keep repeating the cycle of counting from one to ten as you exhale.
If you can come out a little lighter,
Press start.
Ten.
Alright,
So now that you're settled,
Check in with how you're feeling in this moment.
Be honest.
Whatever you feel is real.
Call this your departure point.
Next I'd like you to establish your desired state of being.
How do you want to feel today?
What does your ideal state look like?
We'll call this your peak state.
Just take a moment to visualize exactly what you'd be doing.
Where are you?
Can you visualize the space?
The colors around you?
The people you're with?
What are you doing?
Be specific.
Imagine this as though it's happening right now,
Exactly the way you want it to,
With confidence and clarity.
Good.
Now that you have a clear picture of your peak state,
Go ahead and set your intention for your day.
In one or two words,
What are you inviting in?
Praise this as though it's in the present tense,
Like it's already yours.
And for the remainder of your meditation,
Repeat those exact words to yourself as a mantra.
For instance,
As you did with the counting at the beginning of this meditation,
You'll silently speak your words,
Your intention,
But this time as you inhale.
Boom,
Boom,
Boom.
