Here in This Moment, My Body and I
In this lesson, we will explore our relationship to our body as it is now. Just noticing.
Noticing in particular, thoughts around the body and health; any feelings we hold towards the body; and any reactions or narratives we experience when different sensations arise.
This is a brief lesson so know you can come into - and out of it - gently, and quickly, should you wish to. We're just noticing, allowing, and getting an understanding of how we relate to our body now, so that over the next two lessons, we can expand upon and change what is ready to be changed.

Remembering All The Body Does For You
In this lesson, we remember all the body does for us in every single moment. We remember how many thousands of processes your body does beautifully, seamlessly, un-asked. How oyur body is biologically driven to survive. How your body wants the best for you. How we can forgive it for sometimes getting wires crossed a little along the way.
Leçon 3
Meeting Your New - And Very Old - Friend
This is the session in which it all comes together. Starting with a self-hug - a physiological way of 'tricking' the body into feeling held and loved by another, we begin our new connection to our body as friend. Confirm this new, nurturing relationship with Reiki, I gently infuse your cells with love, understanding and peace.
I would recommend going through this short course a couple of times get the most benefit and to practice understanding, forgiving and being a friend to your body.
I hope this brings you lightness and a new yet familiar hand to hold.
