Welcome to your meditation for the Saikul chakra,
Infused with reiki healing.
Coming to sit up straight,
Or perhaps you're lying down,
Wherever you are getting nice and comfy,
And knowing that you can move at any point throughout this meditation.
If it's comfortable,
Maybe placing your hands in the Saikul area,
Just below the tummy button.
When you're ready,
Coming to take a big inhale into the body,
Filling it with a white light.
And exhaling.
Exhaling again,
Filling the body with a white light.
Exhaling,
Feeling the shoulders soften downwards,
The arms,
Legs and pelvis grow a little heavier.
One more round of breath in your own time.
Exhaling and just noticing as you soften that little more towards the ground.
And know that the ground is rising up to meet you just as much.
It always is.
You are so safe.
You are so held.
You are so loved.
I'm connecting to reiki,
Which knows no time or distance.
So these energies will reach you wherever you are,
Whenever you are,
No matter how many times you listen.
And bringing your breath just to the base of your torso.
The area just below your tummy button.
And we'll be focusing on rebalancing and revitalizing the center of creativity,
Sexuality and emotion.
Calling in your spirit guides and guardian angels,
Your ancestors,
Your spirit animals.
Asking for all of those with your highest happiness as their intention to come forward and surround you now,
Which they are doing.
You are surrounded by a golden light.
You are surrounded by a space of healing.
Space of balance.
And as they surround you,
They ask you gently to trust.
Inhaling deeply into your sacral area,
Feeling the lower tummy expand.
Exhaling,
Allowing it to fall.
Inhaling deeply.
Noticing as it expands outwards,
Left,
Right,
Back.
And exhaling,
Allowing it to fall.
Noticing if there are any muscles that you hold tense there.
Allowing them to soften and be exactly as they are.
Perfect.
Lovable.
Utterly worthy.
As I gently come in with Reiki into this space,
I notice a little resistance and that's so okay.
Slowly giving way and there is emotion here.
Almost like an oval ball of emotion.
We're not going to ask it questions right now.
We're just going to let it be and sit with it for a moment.
As you're still surrounded and infused with this golden light.
As I sit with you,
Sending this emotion,
This energy of love.
Just notice if you feel anything coming up.
Acknowledging it.
Accepting it.
Letting it go.
Noticing a root growing gently and slowly out the back of your lower back.
Gently and tentatively it makes its way down into the ground that is always rising to meet you.
Connecting you down into mother earth.
The roots are going down through soil,
Stone,
Sand,
Pebble,
Water,
Fire.
She's asking you to pour any emotion ready to release down and down.
She will transform it into white light.
Filter it back out beautifully into the earth.
Breathing deeply into your sacral.
Exhaling,
Letting it all go now.
All that's ready to release.
Feel the balloon of emotion growing smaller and shallower.
Knowing it's safe.
It's secure.
And it's still honouring yourself to release in this way.
Letting it go.
At the base there's some ancestral narratives,
Ancestral journeying.
And inhaling an orange light like an ember glowing in the middle of your body,
In the middle of your sacral.
Every inhale it glows a little brighter.
With every exhale it grows a little bigger.
Just noticing this.
Seeing these ancestral journeying,
These ancestral narratives.
Being infused by this light and filled with so much love.
They feel closer towards your lower back than the front right now.
Meeting them with so much love and noticing as your breath is carrying this light further towards the edges of your body.
On your next exhale notice as this light breaks the boundaries of your skin and enters into your aura glowing proudly with strength and trust and excitement.
Energies of creativity,
True creation.
Sensuality,
Sensuality,
Feeling connected to self.
I'm just removing anything that isn't aligned with your highest happiness.
Any little doubts that may be holding you back.
Stepping into a place of clarity and peace.
Just letting that root go now.
It's dissolving away from the body and down into the earth.
Having done its job,
Having released all that was ready to release to Pachamama,
Mother Earth.
Now it's you in all your glory with all your angels,
Guardian angels,
Ancestors and spirit guides all around you.
And I'm infusing into your cells now the truth.
I am creative.
I let it flow.
I am sensual and connected to my inner being.
I embrace emotion,
Accept it and let it wash away.
There's a real sense of strength and clarity around you now.
Your lower torso glowing orange and the rest of you bathed in gold and now a white light.
You are so powerful,
So loved,
So lovable.
And even in this moment you are healing yourself.
Breathing deeply into the tummy and exhaling as I wash everything down through your whole body and now the bottom of your feet.
One more big inhale,
Maybe go for a stretch above the head.
Stretch out the feet.
And exhale,
Washing everything down and away.
Now the bottom of the feet.
If it feels comfortable,
Maybe rolling onto one side,
Propping the head up with the crook of your arm and bringing knees up towards chest.
Allowing your body to rest in this moment of peace.
This moment of trust,
This moment of transformation.
Allowing it to process all that's happened.
All that's been let go of.
All that you are.
In your own time.
Gently coming to sit upright.
Keeping your eyes closed if you can,
If you like.
Bringing your hands in prayer at the heart.
Bowing the head and giving so much thanks to your beautiful body.
So much thanks to yourself for being here.
So much thanks for the next few hours ahead.
In which this orange light,
This reiki healing will follow you around.
And continue working.
Rubbing the palms of the hands together.
Creating a little heat.
And visiting sparks beginning to fly.
Time to place your palms over your closed eyes,
Sinking into the darkness.
Without which there would be no light.
And from which you are reborn in this moment.
When you're ready,
Taking your time.
Gently removing the hands and opening your eyes.
