Day 13 Self-Belief Find a comfortable place to sit upright with your chest open and shoulders back.
Open the solar plexus and notice the sense of being uplifted and strengthened in your posture so you can hold yourself upright for five minutes.
Place your hands on your lap,
Your palms are facing upwards,
Ready to receive.
There are many benefits to your health when you practice belief in yourself.
You are better able to express what you need with grace and ease.
You can make decisions and know that they align with your higher purpose.
You will have collegial,
Supportive and secure relationships based on honesty.
You will know what is a realistic expectation.
You will be less judgmental of yourself and others.
Take your arms and give yourself a big hug.
Hold yourself for this time and notice how it feels to hug yourself.
When you believe in yourself,
You dedicate yourself to your higher purpose and make the effort to be the best version of yourself.
You take on a challenge and work through it regardless of the difficulty.
You want it enough to conquer your fears.
Place your hands back on your lap.
Now imagine a bright light emanating from your solar plexus.
Take a deep breath into that space and imagine that the light is spilling from here into the rest of your body,
Emanating outwards and throughout your body.
Allowing the breath to come and go in its own time,
With each breath you take,
See the light engulf your entire being and notice how it spreads with this tingling sensation all throughout your body.
Like the light is flowing like water that soaks into you,
Invigorating your pores.
Visualize your entire body as it sits in space and radiates with this powerful light and imagine yourself being lifted up as if you are floating in the room.
You are being uplifted.
You are a brilliant spark of light.
Repeat these words in your mind.
I am strong.
I am kind.
I am loved.
I am magnificent.
I am confident.
I feel great.
All that I need is within me.
Take your courage and accept that you are light and you are the dark.
Together you will find balance in the self and the ability to be the strength towards your goals.
Repeat these words again in your mind.
I am strong.

All that I need is here.
I am in charge.
Imagine yourself floating back down to where you are sitting or lying and feel the base beneath you.
Notice the surface.
Do a body scan from your head down to your toes.
Simply notice your body and the shape that it makes in this space.
Now scan from your toes up to your legs,
Hips,
Tummy,
Chest,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Head and face.
Take your hands to your face and rub your face with your hands as you open your eyes and notice how you feel.
