Visualize your ability to manipulate your experience simply through imagination. Allow the creative energy to take you on a journey. If you could be anywhere, where would you like to be? And go there, travel now to the place you want to be. Visualization can help us manifest our desires. When we imagine what's possible, we can also illicit what it feels like to have it and focus on those feelings to bring our desires to light.

Day 29 Visualization Prepare for meditation.

Close your eyes.

Relax back.

Be here in this moment.

And for the next five minutes,

Listen to the sound of my voice.

Use your imagination.

Imagine that you are being transported upwards.

As you are being transported upwards,

See yourself sitting below.

Use your imagination to see what is in the room.

Take note of what is in the room where you sit.

Moving up,

Up and out of the room,

Above the house,

Above the space where you sit.

Expand your mind and use your visualization,

Perceiving and taking in your environment.

Allow yourself,

Your mind's eye,

To go out and fly like a bird with a view and visualize,

Visualize and imagine what you see.

Visualize your ability to manipulate your experience simply through imagination.

Allow your creative energy to take you on this journey.

If you could be anywhere right now,

Where would you be?

And go there now,

Travel there now to the place where you want to be.

Where are you?

Suddenly you are also with the people who you want to be with.

Create the scene you wish to be a part of.

Use your visualization to make your experience like real.

Stay here,

Imagining the story.

What is happening?

How does it feel?

What are people saying?

What are you doing?

I will stay quiet to allow you to be there.

Now it's time to return from your journey.

From your journey of your imagination and come back to your immediate environment.

Travel back,

Floating back down,

Down into your body.

Feel the contact points that connect with your body.

And in your own time take three deep breaths.

And when you are ready you may open your eyes and you may wish to write down what your experience has been.
