Cultivating connection,
Connecting with the heart meditation.
We are born,
We are breath.
Breath to be alive.
This breath is ever-present.
This life force with which we are birthed.
The birth of the breath.
Our spirit,
Our presence,
Our being,
Our breath.
Breath fades at death and yet we are eternal.
In the knowledge of impermanence,
We are reminded to live life generously and fully with a vigorous intelligence of gratitude and sincerity.
Focus now on the breath.
This sincere essence.
Be grateful for the breath.
Take a deep breath in to a count of five.
And release the breath to a count of five.
Take a deep breath in to a count of five.
And release the breath to a count of five.
Take a deep breath in to a count of five.
Now release the breath to a count of five.
Now do this again for three more breaths.
Now allow the breath to be as it is,
Without control,
Without condition.
Let it be.
Notice it.
Appreciate your breath.
Let the breath come and let the breath go.
Allow it to find its own rhythm.
Let the body be with the breath as it is,
As if the breath is breathing the body.
Feel your connection to the breath.
Now connect with your heart space.
Imagine that the breath is coming into your body as dense dark matter.
All the worries and woes and difficulties are taken in via the breath deep into your lungs.
And as you release the breath,
See it flow out through your heart.
Notice the tingling of this heart space and the sentiment of softening the hardness.
And in this act of breath work,
The heart brings a filtering towards lightness and equilibrium.
Again,
Taking the breath in as if it is dark,
Dense matter.
And then release the breath.
Do so through the heart.
Through the heart,
The conscious center of love,
Compassion,
Softening of kindness filters and alters and transforms.
Notice the ebb and flow of what sticks and what is released.
Continue to imagine and breathe in this way,
Releasing the breath from the heart space.
Taking the breath into your lungs and then releasing it through the heart.
Breathe it in and breathe it out.
Breathe it in,
Breathe it out.
Breathe it in,
Breathe it out.
The breath is linked to the universal consciousness of purification.
The heart connects with the world.
And through the heart heals,
Through the breath and with the breath.
And in this way appreciate all living things and their connection to the breath.
Observe your energy force.
You are alive.
You feel things.
Pain in this way can be filtered through the heart.
Relinquish the grip.
Let go.
Be buoyant with awareness.
Balancing the breath in the heart.
Notice and quieten the mind.
Remain focused on the heart.
Make peace with the silence.
The vibrational waves,
Lapping and softens edges.
Like water falling,
Cascades,
Soothing baptism.
Makes for meaning.
Release.
Be at ease.
Expand with awareness towards a natural and full heart.
Remain poised.
Inner presence.
Hear the soul sings in harmony with the vibrational pull to elevate,
Enhance.
Lifting you to the space of your power and your freedom.
Allow yourself to flow in the energy and healing of your breath.
Notice and quieten the mind.
Remain focused on the heart.
