Let's begin.
Let's begin by setting the intention of this day I AM IN.
Let's begin now with standing up and a full body stretch,
Arms up and arms down.
And welcome to a new day,
A new morning.
Let the feet feel the floor.
And setting the intention now that I AM grounding physically myself to my home Mother Earth with gratitude.
Breathe in now a full breath of life,
A full breath of morning Mother Earth.
I AM like Mother Earth.
I flow,
I shine.
I nurture this day with gratitude.
Breathe in now a full breath of life,
A full breath of morning Mother Earth.
I AM wrapping myself in the energy of comfort that I AM made of love with gratitude.
Breathe in now a full breath of life,
A full breath of morning Mother Earth.
I AM in touch with my curious,
Learning and playful inner child.
I love my curious,
Learning,
Playful inner child with gratitude.
Breathe in now a full breath of life,
A full breath of morning Mother Earth.
Like Earth,
I AM strong and flexible.
Like Earth,
I AM the energy of flowing.
Like Earth,
I AM abundant in many ways.
I breathe the freedom to smile,
Freedom to be kind,
Freedom to be assertive,
Freedom to be positive with gratitude.
Let's stretch,
Stretch the body once more,
Arms up and arms down.
I breathe in my life breath.
I breathe in morning Mother Earth's breath.
With gratitude,
