Lección 1
Expanding Your Self-Awareness
In Module 1, you’ll begin with the foundation for meaningful change: awareness. You’ll be introduced to the six-part body scan framework and how each area of the body connects to a specific way of supporting stress and anxiety. This module focuses on the head, exploring how thoughts and underlying beliefs influence your nervous system, shape your reactions, and contribute to patterns of mental overload and rumination. This practice is especially supportive if you find yourself overthinking, feeling mentally overwhelmed, or stuck in repetitive thought patterns. Through gentle awareness, you’ll begin to notice these patterns and create space for a different response.
Lección 2
Eating Your Way To Bliss
In Module 2, you’ll explore how what you consume directly impacts your emotional and physical state. While many approaches focus on thoughts, this module brings awareness to everyday inputs and how they can either support or disrupt your nervous system. Using the mouth as a guide, you’ll take a compassionate look at your relationship with food, alcohol, smoking, and other consumables. The focus is not on restriction or perfection, but on awareness and balance. As you begin to notice your patterns, you’ll be introduced to small, intentional shifts that can support greater steadiness, energy, and overall well-being.
Lección 3
Fortifying Your Nutrition
In Module 3, you’ll turn your attention to the stomach and explore how digestive health and nutritional balance can influence emotional regulation and stress resilience. This module introduces the connection between gut health, blood sugar stability, and overall nervous system support. You’ll be invited to gently reflect on your own patterns related to nourishment, digestion, and energy levels, while learning how foundational physical support can impact how you feel emotionally. This module encourages thoughtful awareness and a balanced approach, including the option to seek guidance from qualified healthcare providers when considering changes to nutrition or supplementation.
Lección 4
Tapping Into Your Body's Natural Pharmacy
In Module 4, you’ll focus on the feet and explore how movement supports the body’s natural ability to regulate stress. This module highlights how simple, intentional movement and daily self-care practices can support emotional balance and overall well-being. Rather than approaching movement from a place of pressure or performance, this module encourages accessible, sustainable habits that help release tension, increase energy, and support a more steady nervous system. Through small, consistent actions, you’ll begin to reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and manageable.
Lección 5
Decluttering Your Life
In Module 5, you’ll focus on the hands and explore the balance between letting go and receiving. Using the right hand as a guide for release and the left hand for welcoming in, this module invites you to reflect on what you may be holding onto and what you are ready to make space for. This includes not only physical clutter, but also relationships, commitments, digital input, and patterns that may be contributing to stress and overwhelm. Rather than focusing on perfection, this module emphasizes creating space. As you begin to release what no longer feels supportive, you open the door to habits, environments, and connections that feel more aligned and sustainable.
Lección 6
Connecting To Your Highest Self
In Module 6, you’ll turn to the heart space and explore your connection to what matters most. This module focuses on how meaning, values, and a sense of purpose influence emotional well-being and resilience. When we feel disconnected from what is important to us, stress can intensify. Reconnecting can bring a greater sense of clarity, stability, and direction. This is not about rigid beliefs or external expectations, but about alignment. You’ll be invited to reflect on what feels true, meaningful, and authentic for you, and how that connection can support a more steady and grounded emotional state.
Lección 7
Tune-Ups
In Module 7, you’ll bring everything together. This final module walks through a real-life example and shows how to use the full body scan framework when stress begins to build. The focus is not on perfection, but on awareness and adjustment. As you move through each area, you’ll learn how to pause, assess what needs attention, and respond in a more intentional way. By integrating thoughts, consumption, physical support, movement, environment, and alignment, this module helps you turn the framework into a practical, everyday tool you can return to again and again.
