Through five reflective lessons, you'll examine the hidden costs of self-improvement, the habit of self-monitoring, the wisdom of ordinary life, and the practice of surrendering unnecessary struggle. Along the way, you'll learn how to relate to yourself with less pressure, less striving, and more trust. This course is not about becoming a better version of yourself. It doesn't teach you more tools or techniques. It's about discovering what becomes possible when you stop treating your mind, your body, or your life as a problem to solve.
