Welcome.
This is a short heart coherence meditation.
You can do this meditation sitting or lying down,
So find a position that's comfortable for you.
We'll begin by closing our eyes and taking a few nice deep breaths.
Bring your attention to your heart center.
See if you can sense the energy of your heart space.
Simply rest your attention here in the heart for a few moments now.
Next,
Begin to breathe in and out of your heart center.
Imagining the breath going into the heart,
Into the chest,
Expanding with each inhale.
As if your heart itself were doing the breathing.
See the energy here expanding and contracting,
Moving with each breath.
Keep your attention here,
Breathing in and out of the heart center.
And if your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Simply bring it back to the breath.
Bring it back to the heart.
And if your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Now,
As you continue breathing in and out of your heart center,
It is time to bring up an elevated emotion.
This can be joy,
Gratitude,
Love,
Connection,
Any of these high vibration,
Elevated emotional states.
You can think of a happy memory to help you do this.
Whatever you can think of that makes your heart swell,
Makes you smile.
Bring that to mind now and really feel these feelings in your body.
Remember that you are creating this elevated state of being just with thought alone.
Rest here in this place of elevated emotion for the next few minutes.
And now,
As you continue breathing in and out of the heart center,
Keep bringing your awareness back to this elevated state of being,
Continuing to take those nice deep breaths in and out the heart center.
Now,
Pair this elevated state of being,
The clear intention of what you wish to manifest.
See yourself living and being exactly what you want,
Having what you want,
Feeling the way that you want.
Visualize your desired outcome in as much detail as you can.
Really feel in your body what this future will feel like,
How it will feel to be happy,
Healthy,
Thriving.
Feel this energy of your desired future to expand through your whole body.
And now,
As you continue breathing in and out of this elevated state of being,
Keep bringing your awareness back to this elevated state of being,
Taking those nice deep breaths in and out of the heart center.
Take a few more moments here to breathe in the energy,
The feeling of your desired future.
Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Open your eyes,
And come back into a new body,
A new reality,
A new present moment.
