Holy noticing is the intentional practice of becoming fully aware of God’s presence and activity in the world around us. It’s about being present in the moment, attuned to the spiritual significance of our surroundings and experiences. This practice helps us connect more deeply with God and heightens our awareness of His work in our lives. Holy noticing can be as simple as pausing to admire the beauty of nature or as profound as reflecting on how God is moving in our own lives and the lives of others. In this course, you’ll explore the BREATHe method, created by Charles Stone and introduced in his book *Holy Noticing.* Each session will guide you through a layer of this method, equipping you to cultivate a greater sense of God’s presence in your daily life and the world around you.
Vanessa Michele is a yoga and meditation instructor with over 1000 hours of training and teaching experience. She uses her faith-based teaching to guide others to breathe easy, prevent stress, and develop sustainable well-being.

Lección 1
Understanding 'Body' In The BREATHe Method
This session introduces the first element of the BREATHe method: "Body." By recognizing our body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, we learn to cultivate mindfulness through physical awareness, gratitude, and intentional care, deepening our spiritual connection with God.
Lección 2
Exploring 'Relationships' In The BREATHe Method
This session explores the "R" in the BREATHe method, focusing on cultivating mindful awareness in our relationships. By reflecting on interactions, praying for others, and embodying Christlike love, we create meaningful connections that deepen our spiritual journey.
Lección 3
Embracing 'Environment' In The BREATHe Method
This session focuses on the "E" in the BREATHe method, emphasizing mindful awareness of our environment as a reflection of God's creation. By noticing the beauty around us and embracing our role as stewards, we deepen our connection to God and cultivate gratitude for His presence in all things.
Lección 4
Navigating 'Affect' In The BREATHe Method
This session explores the "A" in the BREATHe method, focusing on "Affect," or our emotions and feelings. By becoming aware of our emotional state and inviting God into that space, we learn to navigate our emotions with grace, deepening our connection to Him and enriching our spiritual journey.

Understanding 'Thoughts' In The BREATHe Method
This session delves into the "T" in the BREATHe method, focusing on "Thoughts" and how to mindfully observe and align them with God's truth. By inviting God's wisdom into our thought life, we learn to cultivate a mindset that reflects His love and enriches our spiritual journey.

Delving into 'Heart' In The BREATHe Method
This session explores the "H" in the BREATHe method, focusing on the "Heart" as the center of our spiritual and emotional life. By reflecting on our desires and aligning them with God's will, we invite His transformative power to shape our actions and deepen our connection with Him.
