This 5 -day course walks you through simple practices to incorporate in your life in order to find more joy, peace, and contentment each day through faith. Often times our habits, surroundings, and boundaries play a direct role in the amount of anxiety and stress we experience each day. A stress-free life is unrealistic but what if I told you that learning to lean on your faith each day can allow transformation to take place and allow you to experience more overall ease? Each session will incorporate mindful tips as well as a prayer and journaling prompt.
