This 5 -day course walks you through simple practices to incorporate in your life in order to find more joy, peace, and contentment each day through faith. Often times our habits, surroundings, and boundaries play a direct role in the amount of anxiety and stress we experience each day. A stress-free life is unrealistic but what if I told you that learning to lean on your faith each day can allow transformation to take place and allow you to experience more overall ease? Each session will incorporate mindful tips as well as a prayer and journaling prompt. This course is for those who want to take control back over their lives in order to live a mindful life full of faith and intention.


Meet your Teacher

Vanessa Michele is a yoga and meditation instructor with over 1000 hours of training and teaching experience. She uses her faith-based teaching to guide others to breathe easy, prevent stress, and develop sustainable well-being.

Lesson 1

Honoring God with Your Mind and Body

In this session, you will learn about the importance of honoring God with your mind and body in order to be your best self. We will explore the benefits of daily meditation and movement and end with a short mindful movement practice.

In this session, you will learn the power of starting your day with the Lord and setting each day up for success. Explore how deepening your relationship with God through prayer, meditation, bible study and journaling can bring more peace to your day and life.

Lesson 3

Building Community

Life isn’t meant to be done alone. In this session, we explore the importance of cultivating meaningful relationships with life giving people in order to stay uplifted.

Lesson 4

Setting Intentional Boundaries

In this session, we discuss ways to find balance and protect your peace by setting boundaries in your personal and professional life.

Lesson 5

Don’t Forget to Breathe

In our final session, you will learn how to incorporate mindful faith pauses throughout your day in order to build emotional resiliency.
