Lesson two is very much about changing your behavior in response to the situations that cause you to get angry, frustrated, or simply lose control. You are invited to surrender, let go, and take responsibility for your own behavior, whilst also changing your actions in response too.
Lección 3
Surrender & Trust The Process
This lesson digs further into the process of letting go, surrendering, and trusting the process as opposed to getting angry. It's an important lesson to learn if you want to live a calmer, happier, and healthier life.
Lección 4
The Flow
The flow is the natural energy of the world we inhabit. This lesson encourages you to let go, to flow, to revisit and repeat and implement all that you've learned in the previous lessons. You are encouraged to apply consistent practice if you truly want your behavior and the outcomes it has previously caused to change for the better so that you can live a happier and healthier life. One that is in flow with the natural rhythms of the world.
