Ideally, each day you wake up and meditate. Maybe you have a gratitude practice or practice intention setting. Your morning meditation sets the table, plots the course, and plants the seeds for all that will follow. But it’s the second meditation practice of the day that can truly heal your heart, soothe your physical pain, and relieve your emotional suffering. The second practice of the day allows you to release, process, and let go of everything you took on over the course of the day - energy you’re holding on to, words you took personally, grudges, grievances, and anything that no longer serves you. I call the first and second meditations the bookends of the day. And that's why I've created this course so that you can get comfortable with that second daily meditation – and finally experience the liberation of your soul. Over 10 days, I will share with you my most powerful second meditations from my own practice. I’ve recorded them, especially for this course to help you process your day, and release what no longer serves you. Perhaps you've been defensive or taken something personally or said something you wish you could take back. It's the second meditation of the day that allows you to truly have that catharsis at the end of the day, and that allows you to come back into your life - dinner time, pre-bedtime, bedtime, sleep time, and dream time, a little bit lighter. We begin the journey by explaining the importance of the second meditation of the day and exploring some research to lay the foundation for this critical practice. davidji introduces the "letting go” mantra practice.

We are conduits of energy; conduits of love; conduits of healing – you are a hole in the flute. davidji guides you through a powerful Metta healing practice to release grudges and grievances.
Lección 3
Healing Your Body
This powerful practice, inspired by Harvard Medical School’s Dr. Herbert Benson who coined the phrase “the relaxation response,” uses a scientifically proven technique to activate a critical part of your brain. davidji guides you through a physically healing relaxation/release body scan.
Lección 4
Healing Your Heart
davidji has created a signature heart-healing practice to help you awaken each aspect of your being and open up a portal for you to return to the memory of your wholeness.
Lección 5
Healing Your Voice
davidji guides you into awaking the energy of your heart and throat chakras. In the process, you infuse your heart’s natural intelligence into your permission and expression centers as you undim your light, find your voice and step into your power.

davidji guides you through a transformational reconciliation practice inspired by teachings in the bible, ancient Greek civilization, and an ancient Hawaiian cleansing ritual, through which you will heal your wounds of the past and find peace.

Energy Healing
davidji coined the phrase “double tonglen” and in this lesson, he shares this signature technique in a powerful interactive practice. davidji guides you through a deep, double-energy exchange designed to release you of all dark thoughts, limiting beliefs, and emotional toxicity you are holding onto at the cellular level.

Deep Healing
