Hello,

This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation on healing.

Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Let's gently feather our nest.

And together let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And gently let that go.

Allow your eyelids to gently float closed and take another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And gently release.

And continue to follow your breath in and out.

As you witness your breath moving in and out,

Allow your shoulders to relax.

Feel your mind start to slow.

And let's settle in.

Let's surrender to the power of our own healing.

The power of the word.

The power of our thought.

The power of meaning we have given things.

The power they have over us.

And the power we have over them.

We are the masters of each moment.

We can turn the tide of all vibrations coming at us.

We can shift the direction of energy moving through us.

We can release our grip of attachment.

We can reach for new expressions to hold onto.

We can open our hearts to soothing.

And we can let go of darkness.

We have the power to heal.

We have the power to repair.

We have the power to shift our lives from where they are to where we'd like them to be.

So right now let's drift our attention to some physical or emotional pain that's embedded in our body right now.

Maybe it's in your joints.

Maybe in your belly.

Maybe in your chest.

Your throat.

Your temples.

Or maybe it's a weight on your heart.

Let's go there now.

Let's find the pain.

Let's see the pain.

Feel free to use your fingers and touch the pain.

And now ever so gently breathe into it through your nose.

Breathe right into that pain point.

Allow the healing breath to move directly to the space you are touching.

Feel it begin to soften and ease that discomfort.

As you breathe out release some of the sharpness of the pain.

Let's do that again and breathe in some restorative awakening healing energy.

And as we exhale continue to release some of the darkness,

The dis-ease.

And let's surrender to this healing transformative process for a few moments as we use it to wash the painful stains from ourselves.

And now let's take it deeper with a mantra.

We'll use the healing phrase Ananda Maya Moksha.

Ananda is bliss.

The feeling we ingest as we breathe in.

Maya is illusion.

The fear.

The false evidence appearing real in our mind.

And moksha is liberation.

The experience we express as we exhale all the pain.

Let's whisper the healing phrase Ananda Maya Moksha.

Ananda Maya Moksha.

Ananda Maya Moksha.

Ananda Maya Moksha.

And now let's repeat it silently to ourselves and continue to repeat it.

As you repeat the healing phrase it may change,

It may get louder,

Fainter,

Faster,

Slower.

It may even become jumbled or distorted.

However it changes continue to repeat it.

And when you realize you've drifted away,

And you will,

Ever so gently drift back to Ananda Maya Moksha.

This gentle healing phrase will innocently wash Ananda bliss into your awareness,

Into your thoughts,

Into your cells,

Rinsing away Maya,

Illusion,

Cleansing the doors of perception.

And Moksha,

Release,

Emotional freedom,

Liberation from any pain,

Any sadness,

Any constriction.

Ananda Maya Moksha.

I'll watch the time and when you hear me ring the chime,

Just sit gently with your eyes closed.

So let's begin.

Ananda Maya Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

Moksha.

You you you you you you you Ananda Maya Moksha Sit gently with your eyes closed and allow the healing phrase to ripple through every cell of your being Ananda Now let's take a long slow deep breath in through your nose and gently release Let's do that one more time take a long slow deep breath in and let it go and now let's chant the eternal vibration Aum one time together to celebrate our cleansing and our healing take a deep breath in and let it go Aum Ananda Through this meditation we've planted the healing phrase Ananda Maya Moksha into every atom of our existence the physical,

The psychological and the spiritual as we move throughout the day allow the ripple to continue as soon as you feel a constriction,

A discomfort,

An irritation or any acuteness of pain the healing phrase will become part of your internal dialogue,

Your thoughts and very soon it will become part of your outer dialogue,

Your words and your actions as you heal your body,

Your heart,

Your mind and your soul we transform the world by transforming ourselves from the sweet spot of the universe this is davidji wishing you a day of healing and I'll see you in the gap
