This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Remember comfort is queen.
So let's get as comfortable as possible for this meditation.
There will be a powerful healing that's scientifically proven and this can help you heal all aspects of your physical,
Emotional and spiritual suffering,
Struggling,
Constrictions or pain.
So we want to get as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
Let's settle in.
And together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
The slower you go,
The deeper the breath.
And gently let that go.
And now keep watching your breath as it flows in and as it flows back out.
Slowly,
Softly,
Gently.
Just allow the breath to come into you.
Accept the breath into you.
Receive the breath defenselessly.
Now allow your eyelids to gently float closed.
Keep watching your breath.
There's nowhere else to be.
There's nothing else to do except to be right here,
Right now,
In this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
Notice that your mind is calming.
Notice that your body is relaxing.
Notice that the swirl outside of you and inside of you is slowing down.
You're right here,
Right now.
And so let's invite an intention into our awareness,
Something we'd like to see unfold throughout this practice and beyond.
Maybe it's a state of being that we'd like to inhabit,
A state of mind,
An emotional state.
Maybe it's a step that will take us closer to the fulfillment of our dream or desire.
Let's invite that intention into your awareness,
Something you'd like to see unfold.
Simply let that intention rise to the top of your awareness and allow it to clarify in your mind's eye.
And now that it's crystallized,
Invite it into your heart and give your heart permission to allow it,
To accept it,
To receive it,
And now plant it so deeply,
Like a seed in the fertile soil of your heart.
As you allow that seed to become you,
That intention to manifest so deeply from within,
Raise your chest up ever so gently,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let it go.
We'll leave it up to the universe to answer.
We'll leave it up to spirit to sort out all the details.
And now scan your body.
Scan your body from your toes,
Soles of your feet,
Your heels,
Your ankles,
Your calves,
Your shins,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hamstrings,
Your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your belly,
Your lower back,
Your middle back,
Your diaphragm,
Your chest,
Your heart,
Don't skip your heart,
Your upper back,
Your shoulders.
Just keep scanning.
Go down from your shoulders to your biceps and triceps and elbows and forearms and wrists and hands,
Your palms and your fingers,
The back of your hand,
Your throat,
Your neck,
Your jaw,
Your mouth,
Your lips,
Your tongue,
Your teeth,
Your nose,
Your nostril,
The bridge of your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your cheekbones,
Your ears,
Your earlobes,
Your eardrums,
Your eyelids,
Your eyes,
Your eyebrows,
Your temples,
Your third eye,
Your forehead.
Move up to the crown of your head,
The back of your head.
And now scan your whole body again.
And as you move through your body,
If there's any place that's tight,
Constricted,
Suffering or in pain,
And this includes your physical body,
Your emotional body,
Your energetic body,
Pains or trauma of the past,
Conversations or disappointments of the past that you're still carrying,
You know that there's a direct linkage between your emotional state and your physical body.
So let's go to that place right now,
Wherever it is,
From your toes to the crown of your head,
Including your sweet,
Tender heart and all the emotions it holds within,
Including your mind and all the regrets and grievances you hold.
Let's go to that space right now and with single-mindedness of focus,
Allow all of your attention to fully embrace whatever aspect of your being that is.
And now allow,
Accept,
Receive soothing,
Healing love into that space.
Breathe into it and let it go.
Again,
Allow,
Accept,
Receive soothing,
Healing love into that space.
And breathe it in and release.
One more time,
Allow,
Accept,
Receive soothing,
Healing love into that space.
Again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let it go.
One more time,
Allow,
Accept,
Receive soothing,
Healing love into that space.
Again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release it.
And with each breath,
We're going to allow that soothing,
Healing love to expand from a pinpoint of light in that space that we've identified.
Allow it to radiate that soothing,
Healing love wider and wider and wider with each breath until it encompasses our entire body.
So let's just practice it right here.
Go to that space where you feel suffering or constriction or pain and see a pinpoint of sweet light at the center of it.
And now let's allow,
Accept,
And receive soothing,
Healing love into that pinpoint of light and watch it expand.
Maybe it has a color,
Maybe it's pure white light.
Whatever you see,
Whatever you feel,
Again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Allow,
Accept,
And receive soothing,
Healing love and watch that light expand.
And let it go.
One more time,
Allow,
Accept,
And receive soothing,
Healing light,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath into that space.
And gently release.
Continue to breathe,
Continue to allow,
Accept,
And receive soothing,
Healing love into that space.
And notice as you exhale that you're exhaling the suffering,
You're exhaling the pain,
You're exhaling the trauma,
You're truly releasing all of your constriction,
Everything that no longer serves you.
Let's do it again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Allow,
Accept,
And receive soothing,
Healing love and watch that light expand,
Radiating through your entire body.
And as you exhale,
Just let go of the pain.
And long,
Slow,
Deep breath into that space,
Allow,
Accept,
And receive soothing,
Healing love into that space.
Feel it fill your whole body and gently release it.
And now do it on your own.
Continue to allow,
Accept,
And receive soothing,
Healing love.
I'll watch the time.
And when you hear me ring the chime,
Just sit gently as you continue to allow,
Accept,
And receive soothing,
Healing love.
So let's begin.
Allow.
Accept.
Receive.
Soothing.
Healing.
Let that go.
Let's do that one more time,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release it.
Place your fingertips on that space where there once was suffering,
Struggling,
And pain.
Notice how much lighter it is,
How healed it feels,
How much more open you are.
