Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
And now together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go.
Allow your eyelids to gently float closed and take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release it.
And now simply watch your breath as it moves in and as it moves back out.
There's an ancient teaching known as Tanglin which means energy exchange.
And that's what we'll do right now to begin our meditation.
So take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in of energy.
And now release it.
And now breathe in stillness.
And exhale turbulence.
Breathe in lightness.
And let go of heaviness.
Breathe in soothing.
And release pain.
Breathe in surrender.
And let go of resistance.
Breathe in acceptance.
And let go of judgement.
Breathe in forgiveness.
And let go of grievance.
Breathe in tolerance.
And let go of anger.
Breathe in expansion.
Let go of constriction.
Breathe in clarity.
Let go of confusion.
Breathe in peace.
And release conflict.
Breathe in wholeness.
And let go of separation.
Breathe in compassion.
And let go of sadness.
Breathe in joy.
And let go of suffering.
Breathe in ease.
And let go of struggle.
Breathe in flow.
And release effort.
Breathe in love.
And let go of fear.
Breathe in love.
And release love back out.
And now just watch,
Just witness,
As love flows in and out of you with each breath that you take.
And just sit gently with your eyes closed and let the stillness and silence settle in.
Now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Open your eyes.
Feel the lightness of your being.
And I'll see you in the gap.
