The Universal Essence And Origin Of You And Your Baby - Connecting To Source
Your human life and consciousness are part of the greater consciousness of your Universal Essence and Source. Your Universal Essence is pure consciousness, pure energy, pure life, love, and light and not bound by time, space, and a material world. The Universal Essence is an expression of the Universal Source - the Father-Mother - Creator of all that is in our universe. The Source is the Heart and Center of our creation. Everything lives, moves, and is in Source and is inseparable from it. So, your baby's incarnate being is an expression of his or her universal Essence and of Source. A small particle of this descends and connects to a human life.
A human incarnation is meant to express this in a unique way, embodying qualities and unique energy as a human being and consciously awakening to this. Thus the human experience contributes to the expansion of the consciousness of the Universal Essence. This also works directly into the whole of the universal consciousness of all creation because everything is connected to everything.
In the brief explanation, I discuss what your Universal Essence is. In the guided meditation, you take a journey of consciousness to the Universal Source and can experience your Universal Essence. You recognize and empower the light connection to your Essence and Source in your body. Thus, you attune to the consciousness and Essence of your baby incarnate being through your own consciousness connection.

Lección 2
Your Baby's Uniqueness And Energetic Space - Sacred Space
Your Universal Essence has three original energies that are closely connected. These are Consciousness energy, Soul energy and Physical energy. The Physical energy of your Essence translates into your human body and surrounds you as a sphere 1.5 meters around you. You can think of this sphere of energy around you as Sacred Space. It is the energy of who you really are. It is your unique Universal Energy and an expression of who you deeply are. This is different from your aura and chakras. That are more an expression of your personality.
The outer edge of your Sacred Space, so 1.5. around your body, is the sphere we can call your Higher Self. This is the energetic and consciousness bridge to your Universe Essence and your Higher Consciousness. When you raise your human consciousness and tune into your Higher Self, that is, the outer edge of your Sacred Space - you gain access to your greater being.
Your Sacred Space is supposed to contain only the energy and information of you and not the energy of others. However, it is very common that your Sacred Space is full of old thoughts, emotions, energy of other people, entities and collective disturbances. The result is that your connection to Higher consciousness is very disturbed and you have difficulties connecting with your Universal Essence and Source.
So, it is very important to keep your sacred space pure. Only your energy and consciousness belongs in it and the energy of your Higher Self and your Source connection, nothing else.
With a baby, the energy is often still linked to the parents and the Sacred Space is not yet as defined as it is with an adult. But also with a baby it is very important that the energy field is clean and free of influences. The stronger the connection with the Higher Self and Source, the healthier and more prosperous human life is.
Lección 3
Creating A Field Of Purity And Protection In The Baby's Environment
A safe environment, clean, energetically pure and protective is very important for the baby and also for everyone. Just as the placenta nourishes and protects the baby so it is also important to create a pure energetic living environment. This is because we are surrounded by many types of energy that accumulate unnoticed. For example, if you don't clean your home and body for 20 years or more, a tremendous amount of dirt accumulates. It is often like that energetically, simply because we do not notice it nor have we learned to pay attention to it. We have no idea that every thought and emotion of the personality is a form of electromagnetic energy that continues to float in the collective field until cleared by its creator. Thoughts from the Higher Self are free, living and growing with the consciousness of the universe that therefore do not accumulate. But negative thoughts and emotions such as fears and sadness etc. stagnate and form clusters of heavy energy. Energy from other people and the collective also floats through spaces and can stick.
To avoid being affected by this, it is important to clear your space, make your Source connection solid and strengthen your Sacred Space. This is also how you support your baby.
In this introduction, I explain it briefly and in the guided meditation you practice and experience in purifying your environment. The specially made music works very powerfully in purifying the space.
Lección 4
Openness, Receptivity, Curiosity: Clearing Stagnation To Welcome New Life
Thoughts and emotions are forms of electromagnetic energy linked to you as a human being. Impulses that occur from your Higher Self are free, radiate, are open, breathe life force and are nourishing. These forms of thought flow and grow and are alive with radiant light. Thoughts and emotions of fear, limitation, sadness etc. have a low slow vibration, are linked to your personality and remain attached to you until you undo them. The collective unconscious is like a heavy blanket of stagnant mental and emotional energy floating over the earth. This stagnant energy makes it difficult to be open and have and maintain a radiant connection with Higher Self. It requires its own constant alertness and effort to keep your consciousness pure and open and attuned to the Highest Good.
Openness is very important, receptive to allow the new, to welcome the miracle of new life and behold its uniqueness uninhibitedly. Clearing old thoughts and emotions is an important condition for openness and alignment with your Higher Self and Source. Therefore, in this episode we briefly discuss clearing mental barriers.
Lección 5
Communicating With Your Baby - Telepathically And Energetically
Communicating with a baby is naturally different from interacting with an adult human being. It invites you to develop appropriate sensitivity in yourself as a parent and caregiver. Not only on the incipient body reactions, but especially on the level of consciousness and energy. For the being that incarnates with you as a baby is as a light being fully awakened, clear, alive and connected.
The communication between light beings is telepathic and is through energy exchange in codes, light waves, frequencies and all kinds of consciousness geometry and language. This is all completely different from what we humans are used to. This communication is through the Higher Self, the heart and full brain, the brain that is aligned with your Universal Essence.
To activate and develop this communication, it is important to have an open mind and heart. You raise your frequency of consciousness and attune to your Higher Self, the outer edge of your Sacred Space. Through your own Higher Self, you connect with the Higher Consciousness of the being incarnate and through your heart you send a known-feel message. Then you are silent and open and feel the response and communication.

Lección 6
Exploring And Discovering Human Conditions
What is it like for a Universal Essence of pure light and consciousness to incarnate in a human body and have human experiences? What is it like to step from a pure Being that is timeless into a planetary world where there is a delay and a specific time-space experience? How is it to step as a light being of pure love into an experience of a world where the collective subconscious seems to be in control and humans have mostly forgotten who they really are, where they came from, what the purpose of their human life is and what their connection to the greater Universal Consciousness and Source is? What is it like to step into a new life, when you have already had other parallel human lives, what connections are there to these others?
The impetus for incarnation is the desire to express and experience your uniqueness as Universal Essence as a human being. To experience "who you really are" and activate this deep into every cell of your human body to share your unique qualities of being with humanity, the earth and thus expand your consciousness.
In preparation for your incarnation, in a sense, you explore the human field and look for appropriate conditions and connections. You explore in a sense how it works on planet earth, what it is like to be human, the connections between humanity and the planet and how human consciousness and the works etc....
From the timeless consciousness perspective, all human lives take place simultaneously in different human experiences as translations of the Universal Essence. From the planetary time-space experience, different lives are at a particular time, location and time and we experience them linearly and sequentially, but in fact they form a large field of consciousness divided into different lives. As these incarnations have a common overarching evolutionary purpose.

Your Baby's Light Being Translates The Universal DNA Into Human DNA
Your Universal Essence is pure consciousness with a unique light structure, the Universal DNA. The Universal DNA contains all the information of Universal Consciousness. The types of qualities, the types of multidimensional energy, the geometric codes and forms and much more. Also, the intentions and connections for this incarnation are all encoded in the Universal DNA. It is a highly complex archive of living information that is renewed and replenished in real time. You can think of the Universal DNA as a kind of large light structure wrapped around human DNA. Thus, through resonance, the information of the Universal DNA can vibrate through into the human DNA which in turn is then translated into the building and life forces of the body. The Universal DNA contains all the information for health, happiness, growth, well-being, optimal functioning etc... An optimal connection between the Universal DNA as a blueprint for the human DNA is therefore of utmost importance.
However, the complexity of Universal DNA is so different from human DNA that it is quite a process to make an appropriate translation into physical DNA and into a human body. As parents, you support this process through your intention and an awareness of the miracle of translating consciousness into the human worlds. By awakening as a parent and caregiver into your Higher Consciousness and beginning to experience and strengthen this process of Universal DNA within yourself, you can also support this with your baby's incarnate light being.
In this way, this process can proceed optimally with the right connections.
Lección 8
Your Baby's Life Plan: Prenatal Plan And Soul Qualities
In the Universal Essence, prior to an incarnation cycle there is a desire for a new expression and experience. There is a kind of thrust as a tremendous joyful impulse to express, connect, share and experience oneself as a human being with humanity and the earth. You could think of it as planting your uniqueness in the earth and humanity. As sharing your unique essence with all in the form of human life and consciousness.
This impulse and the uniqueness of the Essence in relation to the conditions on earth and humanity necessitates a whole series of translations. This forms into a kind of plan, an intention with the incarnation. We can call this the "prenatal plan."
Your Essence "chooses" as it were what it wants to express as a human being and makes a kind of outline a kind of contract with itself. In this the intentions and intentions are translated. You could say that this is the energy and consciousness that you as Universal Essence want to express in and through your human life. Fulfilling this plan, these intentions is a glorious experience for you as a human being. This is like feeling the deepest form of meaning and inner peace with who you are, what you are, what you have done with your life and much more.
But at the start of a new life, there is the expectant impulse to start expressing this. It is the thrust at the start of a human life.
You as parents and caregivers can energetically support your baby to express the inner intentions of the Essence. This process also helps you to align yourself more with your own prenatal plan. Because you too as a human being have your inner intentions and intentions with your human life and also this part of your life as a parent of this new human being. This too is part of your experience and part of your consciousness. Therefore, ask for deep experiences and insights into the meaning of your life, the right choices and connections so that the deep joy of being who you really are starts to shine more and but in you and therefore also in your interaction with your baby. The realization of soul qualities gives deep joy and connection.

Inner Guidance And The Spirit Family From Source Of Your Baby
Your Essence is created as pure consciousness from Source in a gigantic field of living light. A Field of Being in which each particle of light is one with the whole and yet is its own unique kind of Universal Essence. This whole field is formed by a group of hundreds of thousands of beings each with a similar kind of properties and characteristics and energy. You can call this gigantic field of Universal Essences your Spiritual Family of Source. As a group, you have your own location in the universe. Your spiritual home where your spiritual family has its place of origin. Depending on the type of being that can be very different. Not every being is created as one kind of being that expands its consciousness through physical evolution, as is the case with humans. There are countless kinds of beings in creation that never have to incarnate in a physical body and experience and expand their consciousness in completely different ways. You can safely call that a multidimensional biodiversity of consciousness and beings in creation.
But beings who incarnate on earth, who thus translate their consciousness into a physical body and human consciousness, choose this experience. They always use the human experience to expand their consciousness with new experiences. Depending on the kind of being they are, so they also bring a certain energy that they share with humanity and earth.
So when your Essence sends a particle of itself on its way for incarnation as a human being, you go with a group from your Spirit Family. Some of these remain in spiritual form - so do not incarnate - and are telepathically connected to you and so guide you. They support your energetic connection to Source, so that your human experience can always remain connected to who you really are. Some members of your Spiritual Family from Source who have come with you may also incarnate with you. This can be as people who play a certain role in your life, but not necessarily.
It is important to always consciously contact your spirit family of Source with your intention. Your baby's incarnate light being is still completely awake in his or her connections and is therefore in constant contact with the Spirit Family of Source. However, you as a parent or caregiver can connect from your human consciousness and through your own Higher Consciousness with your baby's Spirit Family of Source and, of course, your own. Thus, through them you can receive insights and guidance in the choices you make.

Lección 10
The Descending Of Your Baby's Light Being And The Journey To Earth
Your Universal Essence sends a particle of itself to earth; you can call this your Universal Self. To incarnate, the Universal Self uses a type of light vehicle, the light body. This is an energetic form that resembles a diamond structure of living light and geometry that is constantly moving and vibrating with life force and energy. The light body has a very unique formula that you use as a kind of key to incarnate. With this formula, you come to earth. It is also the formula by which at the end of human life you withdraw energy from the body and the planetary field and can return.
Before you incarnate, your light being waits for a while above the earth. Here is a gigantic system of light channels that we can call the earth grid. These light channels have various functions and one of them is the function of transportation network. Through such a transport tube, that is, a light energy channel, you go to the environment where you incarnate.
The descent of your Universal Self and Light Body goes through a tube of the earth grid. This is an important process. Because there are many disturbances on the Earth, these transport tubes were disturbed for thousands of years and full of blocking energy, created by the collective beliefs and fears of humanity. So, on the way in descending, all kinds of things can happen that can disrupt. So, it is important that the descent be as pure as possible and the light being can incarnate perfectly balanced and pure

Breathing With The Universal Mother During Pregnancy, Birth And Beyond
As there is Mother Earth, so there is the Universal Mother. The Universal Mother is expression of the Universal Creator Parent Pair - Father-Mother. She is like a carrying ocean of connection, light and love. The Universal Mother is the soul essence with the qualities that make you unique. Her essence is the universal principles of connection and Love, harmony and balance, truth and goodness. Her energy and consciousness permeates everything and by attuning to this you feel the deep love and carrying presence moving within you. In this phase of your life where you work with incarnation, the phase of pregnancy, birth and baby time, the connection with her presence is especially palpable. The light being of the incarnating being is fully connected to the Universal Mother and radiates with the soul qualities expressed by the self of her energy and consciousness.
In your attunement to Universal Mother, you can visualize being carried by an energy that is like an ocean of love, light and connection. Filled with soft warm colors in shades of pink, red, gold and countless nuances. You can feel yourself floating energetically and gently undulating in the cosmic rhythm and its breathing. Thus you merge energetically with the pulse of creation and can feel how you are part of the infinitely renewing birth of creation. Your baby's birth process and your process as a human parent is thus part of this universal consciousness

The Miracle Of Birth: Trust In The Process And Surrender To The All Sustaining Love And Wisdom
The miracle of birth is and remains a mystery. Not everything is predictable and manageable. To a great extent, it happens to you and you are taken into a life-giving process that is much larger and more complex than your human mind can comprehend. Feeling that you are part of a greater consciousness, that you are breathing in and being carried by a universal living and loving consciousness gives confidence. This spiritual presence in you and in your child is the basis of everything. It gives tremendous perspective and inner wisdom that cannot be grasped but can be experienced. Trust in this great presence, love and wisdom, which regardless of what happens in physical experiences, lovingly uses everything to grow, learn, develop and share, gives deep inner peace.
