Thus you have experiences of your multidimensional being and consciousness. By experiencing this, you activate your human consciousness and deep within your cells this energy. Lesson 1

Your Cosmic Essence and Source - Introduction

Every intelligent being is created. Consciousness, therefore, is not a result of evolution from matter, but is consciously created. Similarly, your being is created by and an expression of the Source. Source is also an intelligent consciousness that you can experience in three beings. These can be referred to as: The Divine Father - The Divine Mother and the Divine Son-Daughter. These three are beings you can have contact with, but they are also a certain creative energy. Your essence is created by these three beings. You are not created as a single separate being, but as part of a huge group of beings. Your spirit family of Source. Your being has three unique characteristics. A being-experience and consciousness, soul-Identity and a unique form. Your being is one with your spiritual family of Source and yet you have a kind of your own soul identity. You are identifiable, have your own experiences, free will and consciousness development as part of this field. Every experience in you is consciousness expansion and you share that with your spiritual family of Source and all of creation.

Lesson 2

Your Cosmic Essence and Source - Guided Meditation With Music

In this guided meditation with Music from Source, you are supported to experience how you were created from Source. You are energetically guided to the moment of your creation. You can experience the presence of the Divine Father. How your being-core and consciousness originates from Him and how you are a part of His Being and consciousness. You can experience how Divine Mother envelops and carries you with her cosmic soul. She bestows upon you your soul identity and your unique characteristics as a Divine Being. And you can experience how the Divine Son shares His form power with you and gives you, as part of His form being, a light body that fits your consciousness and soul identity.

Lesson 3

Your Cosmic Consciousness and How it is Created - Introduction

In this introduction, I briefly explain how your being-essence and cosmic consciousness are created. How your consciousness is created. And how your essence is very important right now in your human experience and here and now, carrying and nourishing all your experiences. Your origin is in Source, the living heart of consciousness at the center of our universe. This is the Creator Consciousness of which you are a part. Your being core is an expression of the Cosmic Mind. Your core is a zero point in the consciousness of creation. And your consciousness is like a sphere around this being-core zero point.

Lesson 4

Your Cosmic Consciousness and How it is Created - Guided Meditation With Music

This guided meditation supports you through music and visualization suggestions to experience very deeply your consciousness and being essence. You experience and strengthen the energetic connection with your Universal Essence and the Heart of creation. - You experience how you were created as consciousness. - How your core is a zero point, a being point. - You experience infinity in your essence - Your connection with the cosmic mind - You can feel how you are a part and expression of the Divine Father - You experience and activate your Pineal Gland as a connection to the Cosmic Mind, infinity and the consciousness of your Universal Essence.

Lesson 5

Your Cosmic Light Body and How it is Created - Introduction

In this introduction, we look at how your light being, your universal form is created as part of your Cosmic DNA. Your essence is a consciousness and strictly speaking it has no form, it is more like pure energy. It is more like an energetic formula. A geometric code. Through the action of the aspect of Source that we can call the Divine Son, the form aspect of Source, you receive a universal form. You can best imagine this as a kind of light body. So your form is an expression of the Divine Son of Source. He breathes His form into you, as it were, and that energy adapts itself, to your consciousness and being core. Thus, in a sense, the form aspect of your cosmic DNA arises. Your divine form is coherent in geometry and formulas with the greater form of creation.

Lesson 6

Your Cosmic Form and Cosmic DNA - Guided Meditation With Music

In this meditation, you experience how your cosmic form and cosmic DNA is created. How your Universal form aspects work through in your human body. You also experience the alignment of your Cosmic DNA with your human DNA giving your physical body a powerful support and loving impetus to further activate its self-healing and self-healing capacity from within.

Lesson 7

Your Soul Identity and How it is Created - Introduction

In this introduction, I explain what your soul identity is. In it you have the being-qualities that are, so to speak, the foundation of your core human qualities. It is the character of your universal being you might say. Its four basic characteristics are Love, Beauty, Truth and Goodness. You receive your soul identity as an expression of the Cosmic Soul of Divine Mother. She exhales her heart, so to speak, into your soul through which you receive your unique identity.

Lesson 8

Your Soul Identity and How it is Created - Guided Meditation With Music

In this meditation you can experience in a very deep way from your inside out what your cosmic soul identity is and how it was created. You are a part of the Cosmic Soul - the Divine Mother. Who breathes a part of her cosmic ocean of love, beauty, truth and goodness into you, as it were. This is how you receive your unique characteristics and traits. These are the basis of your Universal Essence and resonate through in every experience and expression of. Even in this life you have now.

Lesson 9

Spiritual Mastery - Introduction

In this introduction, I discuss that embodying as a human being a part of your cosmic being is the purpose of your life. Namely, in expressing and sharing yourself as a human being, new possibilities of your being are unfolding. And also, you experience your cosmic essence in human and earthly time-space and physical conditions. Mastery is the ability to express your universal consciousness and soul identity in human form. Then deep down in every cell the resonance with your universal being is activated. So mastery operates deep into every cell of your body. It is the full embodiment and fulfillment of the goals you set for yourself as a being with your human lives on earth.

Lesson 10

Spiritual Mastery - Guided Meditation With Music

In this guided meditation with music, you can experience the current state of your mastery. You experience how much your cosmic consciousness can resonate in your cells. Then you experience the possibility of your mastery and how this works through in your life and body. This meditation works deeply into your human body and DNA and is a support for your mastery and process of ascension.
