It's Time To Let Go — Supine Twist To Help You Flush, Release & Exhale
Think of this like wringing out a wet cloth. Everything that's been soaking in stress, we release today. On Day 3, we move to the floor for the supine twist, flushing the intestines, releasing the hip flexors, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This is your midpoint reset.

Give Yourself Compassion Here — Pigeon Pose For Hip Opening & Emotional Release
The hips store what we haven't said. On Day 4, after three days of opening, your body is finally ready for the deepest release in the journey. We move through multiple variations of pigeon pose with compassion and full permission to feel whatever arises. Emotion during this pose is normal, welcome, and healing.

You made it to the other side. Day 5 closes our journey with the most joyful, playful pose of the five — windshield wipers. We flow through hip mobility variations that feel absolutely delicious, finishing the 5-day reset on a note of ease, openness, and the quiet knowing that something has shifted.
