What a beautiful day it is to breathe on purpose in Jamaica.
Let's do some morning breath work so that we can energize ourselves for the day.
And when I say morning,
It could be the start of something new,
Whether it's a task,
Whether it's a day,
Or whether it's just a moment in between your day to breathe on purpose.
Today we will be doing alternate nostril breathing.
And when it comes to alternate nostril breathing,
This really helps to bring us back to equilibrium.
Let's get started.
So first we'll do three breaths to begin,
And then we'll go into our alternate nostril breathing.
So inviting you to close your eyes or give yourself a soft gaze.
And simply.

Tune into your breath here,
Breath awareness.
And just ask yourself how you arrived to practice today.
Just allow yourself to feel.
The essence of you.
Let's take a collective deep breath in here,
In through the nose.
And then full breath out through the mouth.
Maybe if you're new to alternate nostril breathing,
You open your eyes,
But we'll begin.
So let's bring our thumb on our right nostril.
Take a deep breath in through your left.
Ring finger on your left,
Covering your left,
Exhale through your right.
Inhale through your right nostril.
Exhale left.
That was round one.
Five more to go.
Deep breath in,
Left nostril.
Exhale right.
Inhale right.
Exhale left.
Inhale left nostril.
Exhale right.
Inhale,
Right nostril.
Exhale left.
Inhale through your left nostril.
Exhale,
Right.
Inhale right nostril.
Accel left.
Inhale,
Left nostril.
Exhale right.
Inhale right.
Exhale left.

Deep breath in through the left.

Bringing both palms facing up in your lap or wherever you are.
Take a deep inhale in through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.

And exhale through your mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale through your mouth Take a moment here to find your breath.
Noticing the sensations in your body,
Maybe noticing the shift that has arrived.

Gently opening your eyes.
I feel the sun warming my body and my face.
It's like right behind you.
You are the sun for me.
