Emma Gray is a Clinical Psychologist, Accredited Evidence-Based EFT Practitioner, bestselling author, and meditation teacher. She trained in EFT with Dr Peta Stapleto, who founded Evidence-Based EFT (EB-EFT) used in international research, scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve wellbeing. Emma blends nerdy neuroscience with soulful wisdom to guide her clients into a place of greater ease, peace, and calm. She is passionate about meditation and tapping because she has seen the profound benefits and powerful transformations for herself and her clients. She has worked with thousands of clients to help them reduce stress and improve their well-being. Her book, Inspired Living, was co-authored with Dr Larry Farwell, a quantum physicist and neuroscientist, featured in Time Magazine's Top 100 Innovators of the Century.

This session briefly introduces EFT tapping, including the basic tapping points on the face and body. Tap along and notice stress and tension easing in the body. Allow 10 minutes and find a quiet space to practice. The tapping points include: Eyebrow, Side of Eye, Under the Eye, Under the Nose, Chin, Collarbone, Under the Arm, Top of the Head, Wrist.

Quieting A Busy Mind: EFT For Stillness And Clarity

In this EFT tapping session, learn how to slow racing thoughts and gently settle your mind. With simple tapping and mindful breathing, create space for ease, clarity, and inner stillness. You can use this practice any time your mind is busy and at bedtime to settle into sleep. In this lesson, you'll be introduced to a new tapping point: the side of the hand. You'll also be guided to repeat phrases out loud, helping to deepen your focus and reinforce the intention of this tapping session.

Tapping To Feel Calm And Grounded

In this calming session, combine gentle EFT tapping with grounding awareness practices to help release stress and return to a natural state of ease and calm.
