And bring your attention to the fact that we're constantly releasing what is no longer needed.
We're always taking in the oxygen,
And letting go of the carbon dioxide.
There's this constant exchange where we're taking something in,
And we are releasing something,
We're letting something go.
And set the intention that it's okay that things around you change.
Life changes in the spring.
People can come in and out of our lives.
Different parts of our lives,
We're doing different activities.
Setting the intention to welcome change with an open heart,
Because you know you will stay true to yourself.
Because you know that through all this change,
You have your center of what matters to you,
What doesn't matter to you,
And your own boundaries.
Feel the physicality of your body,
How much emotion it contains,
How much pleasure,
How much sensation it contains.
This having a body,
And listening to the body,
Is an endless exploration.
Acknowledging that your body always knows what tasks are for you.
Feeling those sensations in the body,
This body resting here,
Supportive.
Feel gravity hold the body.
Feel the cradling of the body by the chair.
Feel the warmth or the coolness of the air.
Feel the contact your clothes is making with your body,
The boundaries of your body.
And begin to observe the body with affectionate awareness.
With eyes of the heart.
Feeling those sensations fully.
Thanking the body for having every truth in it,
And for keeping us in the present.
Every breath a clearing away.
Every breath connection to yourself.
Stay with the breath for a few moments.
Just you and your breath.
Just you and your attention on what matters.
You and your open heart.
We change our lives,
Our future,
By being in the present.
Inhabiting fully and with authenticity this ongoing present moment.
Feel the energy running through your body.
Feel that spring.
Spring is already there in your body.
Your body is part of nature.
It'll get more energy.
You get to choose how to use it.
There's body in your physical self.
And there's that energy of your spirit.
The energy of your spirit pursuing what it wants.
Your spirit creating the experience it desires.
Making a difference in the world in the ways it wants to make a difference.
Feel that energy of your intentions.
Acknowledging that you have endless energy to do what you want to do and what you're meant to do.
You have energy for everything your heart loves.
And you have more energy every time you do something with love.
Setting the intention to pick the tasks you can do with love.
Setting a boundary as to the rest.
And being clear in your mind how you want to use the time in your life.
Both in what you do and in how you do it.
And now take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out through the mouth.
