I love your meditations. You have a very calming voice and I enjoy the built in pauses. Also such beautiful background music that isn't too loud Today I was ahead of you, so to speak. About 30 minutes before listening to this meditation, I had sat here watching and then making a short video of the sun steaming the frost off of my swing awning..... Nature happening and me just observing. ❤️
