Reduce Your Physical And Mental Clutter In Ten Steps

With Tony Brady

Students will be helped to deal with clutter, physical, mental and electronic. They will be aided in dealing with relationship and emotional clutter including the drifting on of long term but worn out commitments. They will be encouraged to deal with physical clutter in an environmentally responsible way. See how difficult tasks can be broken into manageable sections. There is a section on serious end of life issues that need attention in order to have more peace of mind. Finally having gained clarity and time the question is asked "What will we do with the time we have saved?"

This course is very helpful to me. One area at a time and one step at a time will keep me on the path that I want to travel! My home is new to my family this year and it can feel overwhelming at times. We’re setting up the space, routines and habits in this environment. It’s fun when I keep sight of the one thing I’m doing and breathe into it. The rest will keep coming along in good time. Thank you for your support along the way! Namaste <3

Tony Brady is a very wise man! Thank you Tony for bringing us this pragmatic, interesting, thoughtful and very helpful course. I will be coming back to listen again. I have some clutter of my own. Some stuff that has followed me for years. I hate just throwing things away. I try my best to donate, and have donated boxes of stuff. My Dad is a bit of a hoarder and I think about his house a lot! It is overwhelming, as I know someday I will have to deal with it. So I will remember your nuggets of advice. Break things down into more manageable jobs, etc. It is important for us to have clutter free minds as well as clutter free living spaces. And to not burden our planet, living within our needs, and not wants. Thank you again for a very inspirational, insightful course. Namaste 🙏🏼💖😊
