Stefano became introduced to the world of meditation back in 2019. Through months of practice with different styles of yoga nidra, he was able to restore his deep natural sleep after his father passed away from Alzheimer's Disease. He now seeks to share the relief he has felt with others who are open and curious to the benefits offered by meditation. In 2020, Stefano completed his first yoga nidra training with Devatma Saraswati. Over the next few years, he all of the yoga nidra trainings offered in the Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra. He also completed iRest level 1 training offered by Dr. Richard Miller and Stephanie Lopez. Stefano has completed courses on Vishoka Meditation from the Himalayan Institute taught by Ishan Tigunait and Shari Friedrichsen, SKY Breathing and Sahaj Samadhi from the Art of Living Institute, and many more. He is a certified Meditation Coach who completed the 300-Hour LIBERATE Curriculum from Sura Flow (Spring 2022), the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Mazé Method: Awaken the Teacher Within (Fall 2021), and the 100-hour Transformational Sleep Training with Ally Boothroyd (Spring 2024).
