Excellent short course on how our emotions and feelings make us falsely believe that they are the truth about who we are causing us pain and suffering and anxiety. It’s a complete mineshift in reality for me. I’ll be listening to this course again maybe a couple more times it’s gonna take a lot of practice and more study to understand how to apply what Aimee has done a very good job and presenting in this short course.

I loved this course—it perfectly aligns with what I’ve been working on: noticing urges and observing thoughts, feelings, and emotions without getting caught up in them. I especially loved the idea of sensing what a thought actually feels like in the body.
