Alicia is greatly enjoying this season of her life as a mama to a beautiful little girl and the opportunity that comes with parenting to directly pour her heart into the present and future. Her offerings highlight holistic living including sleep, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and mindful tracks for kids. Alicia’s formal education includes a bachelor's degree in psychology, a 200-hr traditional kundalini yoga teacher training from a Rishikesh-based institution, yoga nidra teacher training, a trauma informed yoga course, ayurvedic medicine training, and training as a doula with DONA International. It is all of these experiences, and the formal and informal experiences inherent to living and loving, that she draws upon in her offerings.
