Affirmations are set over soft meditative music. These mantras are designed to calm, soothe, strengthen, and empower mothers caring for little ones and were written at a time when I was deeply immersed in my own postpartum journey with my child. These affirmations may be listened to daily or as often as desired — repetition supports the development of new neural pathways. This track may be of benefit to postpartum mothers as well as those who are currently pregnant or on a fertility journey by building confidence and providing a sense of grounding.

The postpartum period is a time where it is said that the new mother's nervous system is just as delicate and sensitive as her newborn child's.

This is a time when your body and your spirit are very very open and very susceptible to incoming energies.

So if you are surrounded by energies of love and support and nurturing,

This can carry you through the postpartum period and empower you throughout your entire journey of motherhood.

Listen to these affirmations whenever you need strength or daily during your postpartum period.

I am in tune with my baby.

I allow myself to be supported and nurtured.

Allowing others to support and nurture me helps me to nurture my baby.

I ask for what I need.

I am patient with myself as I adjust to the changes in my life.

I create rituals that allow me to reconnect with myself throughout the day.

I trust my intuition as I mother my child.

I lean into my strengths and into my vulnerability.

I nourish myself with the foods I eat.

I forgive myself when I make mistakes.

I let go of unnecessary burdens.

I embrace being a mother.

As I nourish myself,

I nourish my family.

I am in tune with my baby.

I allow myself to be supported and nurtured.

Giving you the strength to mother yourself and mother your new baby.
