This meditation is offered with loving compassion to women experiencing the luteal phase of their cycle. This hormonal phase is oftentimes accompanied by emotional turbulence, anxiety, and heavy emotions, as the body moves towards the release of the endometrium as well as towards emotional release. Within this turbulence there is an opportunity for acceptance and compassion. These affirmations may be used daily during this phase to anchor into this sense of allowance and self-love.

Hi there,

Welcome and take a moment to arrive at this space and go ahead and take a deep breath in.

This is an opportunity to offer yourself some gentleness and compassionate self-care as you move through the luteal phase of your cycle.

This phase can be accompanied by anxiety,

Heavy emotions or agitation as progesterone levels rise and the body moves towards the release of the endometrium.

These affirmations are meant to bring you comfort and acceptance as you experience challenging emotional states.

You can lie down in a comfortable position or you can stay seated and place one hand over your heart and the other on your belly as you allow these affirmations to move through your being and your consciousness.

Let's begin.

I honor my sensitivity.

I slow down and nourish my physical body.

I am gentle with myself as I ride the waves of my luteal phase.

I share my heart and vulnerability with those whom I love and trust.

I notice the tenderness that I feel right now and I allow it.
