The Five Hearts: A Journey Through Love And The Creative Cycle

With Wenlin Tan

Many wisdom traditions describe the heart as more than a physical organ. The heart can be a source of love, courage, discernment, vitality, and deep inner knowing. In this 7-day journey, you'll explore five qualities of the heart through the lens of the Five Elements and the Creative Cycle: The Tender Heart — trust, compassion and receptivity The Open Heart — curiosity, possibility and growth The Full Heart — joy, gratitude and connection The Strong Heart — resilience, commitment and grounded strength The Clear Heart — discernment, truth and wisdom Through guided reflections, journaling prompts, embodied practices and meditations, you'll learn to recognize which heart is most alive within you, which heart may need attention, and how to cultivate greater balance in your daily life. You'll also learn the Heart-Source Greeting, a simple yet powerful practice that connects the wisdom of the heart with the creative intelligence of the body. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking greater clarity, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, this course offers a practical and compassionate framework for listening to the wisdom already present within you. By the end of this journey, you'll have a deeper relationship with your heart and a set of practices you can return to whenever life calls for tenderness, openness, fullness, strength or clarity.
