Here, you’ll be introduced to self-trust and why it is essential for holding boundaries and staying connected to yourself. You’ll also practise a simple emotional regulation exercise that helps you reconnect with your body and learn to sit with uncomfortable feelings instead of overriding them.

Rebuilding Yourself - Living in Alignment Again
In this final lesson, you’ll learn how to start rebuilding your connection to yourself through small, practical changes. You’ll explore how to express what you want, hold boundaries, and respond differently in real-life situations so you can begin living in alignment again.
