Hello everyone and welcome to this guided exercise where over the next couple of minutes you will reset your mind to a calm and quiet state.

You can do this exercise anytime and anywhere when you feel overwhelmed,

Anxious and worried and want to regain focus in your mind and calmness in your body.

The more often you practice this exercise the easier it will become to do it even when you're surrounded by noise or people with open eyes or standing up.

To start with I want to ask you to find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and let go of all judgment.

I want you to notice everything that grabs your attention and label it.

You might hear birds tweeting.

Label it with birds.

You might feel discomfort in your shoulder.

Label it with shoulder.

Use all of your senses.

Don't hold on to it.

Let it go and be open to the next thing that grabs your attention.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose.

Now notice what happens inside and around you and label it.

I'll leave you to it and I will be back in about two minutes.

Your mind and body are calm now and when you open your eyes you will feel refreshed and confident.

Whenever you're ready open your eyes.

This is the end of the exercise.

I wish you a wonderful day.

Goodbye.
