In the 5 part course, participants are offered intangible benefits such as silence in the mind, balance in the soul, and confidence in the body. These benefits are valuable as they lead to improved life experiences, mental health, well-being, and enhanced relationships beyond just intimacy. Day-to-day life changes include starting the day stress-free, wearing desired clothing, enjoying physical intimacy, and exuding confidence. The course comprises three steps: quietening the inner critic, changing perspectives towards the body, and stepping out of the comfort zone. Through visualization, validation, and setting achievable goals, participants are guided toward accepting their bodies and improving their relationships.
