Awareness: Recognise the most common gaslighting phrases and the hidden fears that drive them, so you can stop falling into the trap—or stop using them yourself. Empowerment: Learn how gaslighting quietly impacts every area of your life, from your self-confidence to your health, career, and relationships. Action: Get practical, step-by-step tools to rebuild self-trust, set boundaries, and regain control over your reality, using my G.A.P. method (Gratitude, Acceptance, Perspective). Reflection: If you realise you may have been gaslighting others, you’ll receive compassionate guidance on how to unlearn these behaviours and reconnect with yourself and others in healthier ways. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to spot gaslighting when it’s happening, break free from its effects, and create stronger, more authentic relationships—starting with the one you have with yourself.
