Lektion 1
The Hidden State of Constant Alertness
Many of us imagine stress as feeling obvious and intense. But sometimes the nervous system stays quietly prepared for so long that alertness begins to feel normal and calm feels unfamiliar.
In this session, you’ll explore hidden patterns of tension and internal readiness through gentle body awareness - not to change them, but to understand them. Awareness is where safety begins.
Lektion 2
Teach the Body That This Moment Is Safe
Today’s practice explores a different way of calming the nervous system - not through effort, but through evidence.
Using gentle orienting, noticing support, and becoming aware of your environment, you’ll begin showing the body that this moment may be safe.
Rather than forcing relaxation, this session invites the first felt sense that calm can emerge naturally.
Lektion 3
The Language Your Nervous System Understands
Today’s practice explores the physical language of safety.
Through gentle signals like exhale, jaw release, slower movement, temperature, support, and tone, you’ll begin discovering how the nervous system receives messages beyond thinking.
Rather than forcing calm, this session helps you build a personal toolkit you can return to throughout daily life.
Lektion 4
Stop Monitoring Yourself All Day
Hypervigilance doesn’t always feel like anxiety - it often feels responsible, prepared, and in control.
In this session, you’ll explore the habit of constant checking and discover what happens when attention is allowed to rest.
Through gentle awareness, you’ll practice a different possibility: nothing to solve right now.
Lektion 5
Let Your Body Be Supported
Many of us carry more than we realise - physically, emotionally, and internally.
This session invites you to explore what happens when the body begins noticing support instead of automatically holding everything together.
Through awareness of gravity, receiving, and gentle surrender, you’ll practice allowing support to exist without needing to earn it.
Lektion 6
Expand Your Capacity for Calm
Sometimes the challenge is not finding calm - it’s staying with it long enough for the body to trust it.
In this session, you’ll explore what happens when ease is allowed to remain without rushing back into stimulation, thinking, or activity.
Through gentle awareness, you’ll begin expanding your capacity to receive calm and feel more at home in it.
Lektion 7
Your New Baseline
This final session brings together everything you’ve explored throughout the week - safety, support, regulation, receiving, and returning.
Through a gentle nervous system integration practice, you’ll reflect on what has shifted and discover that calm is not something to achieve, but something to come back to.
The invitation is simple: nothing is broken, and you already know more than you think.
