This course isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen or excusing people who hurt us. It’s about reclaiming our energy, our peace, and our power. Everyone carries baggage — sometimes from others, sometimes from ourselves — but we don’t have to keep walking with it.
Across these three days, you’ll gain clarity about what you’ve been carrying, you’ll practice ways to release it, and you’ll choose what to carry forward into the future. By the end, you’ll not only feel lighter, but you’ll have tools you can return to anytime life feels heavy again.

Tracy Lynn is a Self-Love Mentor/Life Coach and energy healer who through her personal journey creates healing meditations and energetically infused teachings to support humanity in healing old wounds and releasing old energies that prevent them from making lasting changes. Welcome to the first step of our journey: Review. Today we’ll take an honest look at the weight we’ve been carrying — old resentments, regrets, and unresolved emotions. This isn’t about judgment, it’s about clarity. You can’t release what you haven’t first acknowledged. By the end of today, you’ll know exactly what’s in your “backpack” and where it’s been costing you.

Release: Setting The Burden Down
Yesterday we named the weight we’ve been carrying. Today we practice Release — loosening our grip on what no longer serves us. Release doesn’t excuse what happened; it frees us from being trapped by it. You’ll explore simple but powerful ways to let go, both toward others and yourself. By the end of this session, you’ll feel what it’s like to finally set some bricks down.

Renew: Walking Lighter, Living Freer
Now that we’ve released old baggage, we turn toward what comes next: Renew. Renewal is about choosing what you’ll carry forward and how you’ll live lighter. It’s filling the empty space with intention, values, and freedom. Today you’ll step into a vision of your renewed self and feel what it’s like to walk that path. By the end, you’ll know not only what you’ve let go of, but also what you’re stepping into.
