This practice, with upbeat music, is meant to help raise your vibration and bring you to a higher energetic state. This upbeat mindset practice will help you achieve self-confidence. When you listen to this daily, your subconscious mind will start to reprogram to put you into the mindset of self-confidence. You will slowly start to release any barriers that are keeping you from living the life you envision. It takes at least 21 days to create new habits and when you listen to this for a minimum of 21 days, you will start to notice changes in your life. In order to make these changes, repetition is important. Just like going to the gym to build muscles, you must build these new neuropathways in your brain. It is best to listen to this upon first awakening when your brain is closer to the Theta state. It is operating at a lower brainwave and can accept the suggestions that are in this audio.
